It is unclear when the following document was first scribed, but the first report of its existence by Earth Sphere News Network was on 0079.07.12. The legitimacy and gravity of the document has been questioned by media personalities with both dismissals and applauds for the derisive attitude towards current events. Only in time will the weight of these words be known and the truth become self evident.
We, the people of Africa, who have come to see days of relative peace where our war is a debate with words comprising our ammunition, live now in the midst of a tumultuous backwards time where our enlightenment is tormented by foreign interests that seek dominion over our existence. The tyrannical and totalitarian views these parties push forward at the point of a weapon ridicules the just liberties we, as Africans, hold dear as vital elements of our being. Furthermore, any dealings with these parties is subject to incredulity spurned by the ignoble actions against the civilian populace of Sydney, Australia on 0079.01.10 UC that was consummated by those that entered into harangues with the intention of advocating the ideals of Ere-ism that draws counterpoint to the very actions of said party. Simultaneously we find our protectorate ineffectual, inept, and apathetic to the plight that has befallen us. When a governments inadequacy extends to the life and liberty of the people for whom the government was established for it is the right, it is the duty, of the people to cast free the chains and station new sentinels to protect them from the abuses and abduction of destructive parties, foreign and domestic. It is in this state that we advance our rights of sovereignty to reestablish and protect the intrinsic liberties of mankind with forceful expulsion of alien entities threatening our civility.
By necessity of procuring a subsistence of volition for our progeny, we rebuke all assertions of preeminence over any extent of the African continent put forward by the Zeon Duchy and Earth Federation. We make this declaration known as a call of arms to those who would contest the antagonistic parties unwilling to concede to our sovereignty and subside the exploitation of our free province for personal endeavors. We shall thus forward show no predilection for extrinsic belligerents and seek complete extirpation of nonnative forces from our African nation conjointly seeking recognition by the sovereign solar states as an independent entity solely unto itself.
