Kind of stupid and probably not worth the effort.
But...
I started thinking about Side 1. It's the home of the CMC, and based on what may be a flawed interpretation of the Antarctic Treaty, Zeon cannot build mines there because it would basically be a giant fuck you to the CMC's power. Losing their support would increase the prices on all of their mobile weapons which could potentially fuck them out of the war.
I say let's give Chris his mine. We'll put it right in the middle of Side 1 with a big giant pirate flag on it. We'll make it a giant nuisance, piss off the CMC royally, and funnel all the RP to Zeon for shits and giggles.
But when we're between a rock and Zeon hard place, let's threaten to expose the whole thing. It's an ace that no number of mobile suits, mobile armors, or ships can trump.
