As you can see, this email formats everything in an extremely concise and organized way, with very little unnecessary text.
The title starts with the character name, making it easy to find Cids email amidst 50 other emails.
Sam's action and non action are seperated from those of his two ships by lines, and the bullet headers makes everything clear and easy to read.
The Buy and Sell actions shows all of his math from start to finish, making it easy to check for errors and requiring a minimum amount of fact checking to approve.
Probably the only thing I don't like is the line "moving BR-1 to Asteroid Belt, Center", but I imagine Cid forgot to add the "from". You can really just say "moving to Center".
