What do you mean? We never took Tael Thorn prisoner. He got lost in the forests that don't exist at Manila and was eaten by natives.

Actually, you're wrong. Shooting Prisoners that try to escape is allowed under the Geneva Convention.
Article 42 of the Geneva Convention states that weapons may be used against escaped prisoners or prisoners attempting to escape if warning is giving prior.
