Okay, so we definitely know for sure everyone in the EFSF is accounted for at +2DE. We already have the beginnings of a feasible attack plan and I know Jim's up to something to help us out.

I'm going to sleep on this and make a planning thread in the morning when I'm fresh. RP threads will follow as planned for our big "meeting of Zeon Space members".
