Regarding Malta

First ban seems fair enough, not so sure about the second. Andrew's freak-out isn't necessarily ban-worthy, in my opinion, and I think this could've been solved quicker if you had just posted something like this on the Zeon board instead.

Agreed with Kale. Almost exactly the points I was going to address.

1.) Andrew was trying to defend himself. I'd totally believe if he hadn't seen your clarification after the 11 minute gap, when he initially asked you.

2.) When given the chat log, I find it a little harder to believe he didn't see your clarification after the 11 minute gap, but he was still trying to defend himself. At this point though, he should have said, "Okay, yeah. Here's the chat log and I did not see that you had said more about the issue when I first asked you." Once again though, as we all know, people do questionable things when they're angry and feel like they've been screwed over. Meaning, I may not agree with what he did if he didn't actually miss what you said after the 11 minute gap (after seeing the logs), but I can see why he might have done it after his ego was bruised.

3.) Whether the first ban was deserved is questionable. Because when given the logs he might have not bothered to read the rest (which is kinda hard to believe). Also because he might have just been trying to prove why he misinterpreted you (which is pointless because you already corrected it, but I can see why he might want to seeing as he believed you called him a liar). You did after all initially say "Uhh, sure?".

But I really don't see the other ban being deserved considering at that point you were both just slinging insults at each other and Andrew was just freaking out. Locking the thread and telling him to come to you personally should have sufficed.

4.) Why a three day ban though? Three days can be a lot of time lost for a player.
