I will not lie: Latooni's bashing ended up putting me off the RPG for a bit. However, I'm trying to get back into my groove (on top of applying for online schooling, le sigh) and churn out my RPs that'll definitely change things up with my two characters. C:

The way I see it, we have enough Gaws, and now with the artillery support we're packing, we can fire for effect on Torrington, lay siege to it, and either destroy it or capture it. We've got the long range firepower, as well as the momentum.
I think we should go for it. Plus, being at range, we don't have to worry about nukes going off on us. Even if we didn't capture it, and destroyed it + nukes? Less nukes for the Feddies in the end, if they get desperate.

I'm all for Besieging Torrington. If anything, the Feddies won't know what hit them, and they'll either have to direct forces to deal with us directly, or lose their nuclear stockpile on Earth.
And just checking tactical: That means they lose their nuclear stockpile. Period. There isn't one on Jaburo or Luna II. We gain a huge bargaining chip, as well as the ability to ignore the antarctic treaty as a last resort.
We'd be foolish to just ignore this opportunity.
