It's not a guaranteed thing. Upgrades are pretty much based on when Ketara thinks you deserve it. 100 VP is a good estimate though.

Yeah. Upgrades are pretty rare in this game for the most part, custom ones even more so. There's nothing wrong with the Action Zaku per se, but since there are things with a higher level of performance available, changing might be a good idea.
It's entirely up to you, though.

I decided to postpone Purgatorio's move into Side 5 until after our expected battle with the Bollocks Fleet at +2DE. Despite this, the time table may change yet again depending on what the EFSF players do.

Okay,
First of all, I want to welcome the newest member of the Zeon autonomous space forces Anya Wilds of the Zaku II R1 HMT. She has agreed to join forces with us and our upcoming operations.
So back to the business at hand:
Actions/Orders
Anya Wilds: Send to Veronica Wu all of your RP and join the "Athena's Wrath" as I move into Purgatorio. This will keep you safe and put you in position for our major attack later on this week.
Radune/Isaiah/Frenzy: Send me all of your Resource Points and move to the "Ruins of Purgatorio." I would have rebuilt the base by the time you guys get there, so you guys can MS Switch on Thursday. You guys won't be able to participate in the Wyatt Fleet attack since you guys need to duel to get rid of the "Getting Used to New Machine" status.
Junichi Ghettid (Arcaille): Send me all of your RP EXCEPT for 62 RP. This is because on Wednesday you'll be buying 1x Panzergrenadier for your new ship and doing the same on Thursday (Curse you Limit 1!)
Kuriboh/Yoritomo/Ravage: Send me all of your RP. Ravage will be leading the Monday attack at Side 7.
Chan (Veronica Wu): My character will be rebuilding Purgatorio, refitting her ship, buying plus refitting another Chivvay II and a Zanzibar II, putting the three ships in the "ZMF 2nd Resupply Fleet" and meeting up with the ZEF. In the meanwhile, the ZEF will do their attack on the "Tobias" at Side 7 then immediately head to +2DE for the attack on Wyatt Fleet.
Questions?
Edit: With Anya Wilds joining us we can afford a lvl 2 Musai with 1x Marines and 5x Zaku Kais to add to our attack on Wyatt Fleet.

Okay, good job everyone! Another G-Armor and the Zephyr Phantom are out of the game. We took a little bit more PC damage than I expected but the only major loss are some NPC MS. Fortunately the ships are unharmed so we can progress to our next target: Wyatt Fleet.
