Because Aleksei is captured and has been captured for some time, the EF sector deployments will be due today. You may not split battlegroups up, and must put at least one battlegroup in each field. You must place every battlegroup, including the ones that will be arriving tomorrow.
Zeons deployments will be due tomorrow, after the EF deployments have already been posted. Zeon must put at least one ship in each field, and may not split MS up from their ships. A Bao A Qu's hangar MS can be placed individually.
PCs can go wherever they want, and individual PCs should send emails placing themselves.

A BAO A QU RULES
The writing portion will start tomorrow.
If EF defeats all Zeon ships in a given field, it will advance to the Reserve field and fight there in the NEXT update.
If Zeon defeats the EF in a given field, PCs may move back to the Reserve field in the next update, but NPC units will stay in the field to allow for retreat paths. The more fields Zeon is able to hold, the more of their units will successfully retreat at surrender time and the better Zeons postwar surrender terms will be. Zeon PCs can only move back to Reserve once all EF units in the field are destroyed.
Zeon units in Reserve may change optional armaments at any time, or may spend an update moving to one of the other fields. They may do neither of these things if there are EF units in Reserve at the start of the turn.
The Solar Ray will fire on W Field at the start of turn 1.
The Solar System will fire on E Field at the start of turn 2. It will hit both E Field and Reserve.
If at the end of any turn the EF has more ships in Reserve than Zeon, Zeon will surrender. A Bao A Qu itself counts as 1 ship for this count.
Redan Hsuodrak will be unable to do anything in turn 1, because he sent a Refit action.
We will do 5 turns, (hopefully) 1 per day.
If at the end of turn 5 EF still does not have more ships in Reserve than Zeon, Zeon will win the event, and get surrender terms as if they held all 4 fields.

Additional Rules
Fuel Points: At the end of each turn, all MS in fields that are engaged in combat will lose 1 fuel point. Fuel points are governed by the tactical advantages post in Appendexes, and will be noted on the event sheets.
Once a mobile suit drops to negative fuel points, they fight at 1/2 VP as if they were damaged. This applies to both PC and NPC units.
PCs at negative fuel may choose to spend a turn refueling as long as they have at least one (R) class ship in their area. They cannot fight if they do so, and return to full fuel.
When the EF defeats the units in a given field, during the update in which it advances it is allowed to add 1 fuel point to a single MS per dedicated hangar it still has in operation.
Ammunition: Ammunition will be covered by the writers as battles progress. However, EF units that move from a free sector into the Reserve sector are assumed to get new ammo when this occurs.
Zaku Minelayers: If there is no combat in the Reserve field through turn 3, at the end of turn 3 the Zaku Minelayers will finish laying an additional minefield in the Reserve area.
Leadership: The Leadership specialization will only remain through turns in which Ghiren, Degwin, Revil and Nigel remain alive.
