Kelly Layzner An old Zeon veteran, Kelly lost an arm at the battle of Solomon and was honorably discharged from the SAF. A military man at heart, the battlefield has never left his blood, and he is now married and works in a junk yard at Von Braun. In his spare time he tries to repair a damaged Val Varo he found in the Von Braun junkyard, and daydreams of joining the fight again. |

Mr. Wong A representative of Von Braun with deep ties to Anaheim Electronics, Mr. Wong is one of the more influential members of the Lunar Union Senate. Surprisingly he is also a reasonably good pilot, one of the best mobile suit pilots in the Lunar Union military. While his position prevents him from joining battles except in emergencies, he is very patriotic, and very willing to defend his fellow Lunarians. Like most LU Reps, he can be rather abrasive and pugnacious, but is deep down a good and honorable person. |

Pergamino A merchant always out for new ways to make a buck, Pergamino has many ties with Riahs political elite, and maintains a lightly guarded floating spacedock just outside of Riah space, that charges fees to repair Zeon and Federation weaponry. Although this is only legal outside of Riah space, Pergamino's dock is parked just outside the boundary, and it is only a short flight to the safety of Admiral Tians fleet from his present location. Not willing to risk anything in battle, Pergamino is simply out for profit, and will retreat at the first sign of trouble. |

Tian Wei Commander of Riahs defense forces, Admiral Tian is a shrewd and excellent tactician, staunch and serious even in the most lighthearted of circumstances. Although equipped with inferior weaponry and very few experienced soldiers, he has kept Riah safe for this long, preventing skirmishes from wandering into Riah held territory. Wei is in reality a newtype, although he is unaware of this, and few expect it. |
