PC Name: Simon Cobb
MPA: Blitz Gundam
Faction: Rouges

Simon put down the kickstand to his bike, pulling off the motorcycle helmet and giving his head a shake to welcome in the cool fresh air.

"So, is this really the place?" This seemed surprisingly quiet, especially considering that he wasn't really the closest. He had been traveling in this direction when he had received the distress signal. Simon pushed his bike in a patch of shrubbery, taking note of where it was for the future. There was always the chance that he was going to need to coming running here if things didn't go well.

With a few quick adjustments, Simon carefully removed the clothes not ready to rip apart the limited supply of clothes that he had. He tossed them into the small trunk of his cycle before pulling out the most important thing he owned, his armor is collapsed form

Simon felt himself blink normally and then, suddenly, opened his eyes as the Blitz. Sensors beeped, indicating that the more...militarized groups had already arrived.

"I need to conserve battery power." Simon whispered to himself, activating the Mirage Colloid. "Only use it in open areas" Simon began running, trying to get inside the warehouse where he could operate more easily, able to keep Mirage Colloid off and Phase Shift on while investigating.

Simon swore violently under his breath as he heard the explosion and the shout of freeze, instinctively turning the Mirage Colloid back on.

"At least the cops can be counted on being nice and flashy to warn me that they're coming in." He muttered, looking down at the scene before realizing that, for once, he wasn't the intended target.

Now, it might have been a real bit of hard luck for the guy but law enforcement would usually calm down once they had the guy and finished their sweep. As long as Mirage Colloid held out that long, and if he stuck to the shadows when it strictly wasn't needed he would be fine.

The thought turned less comforting as other teams began to break through, including people who weren't official lawmen. At this point, this left his options as to try to go outside and hope that people weren't trying to blow their way in as he was trying to go out OR he headed deeper into the facility than the others would go, as they would have to search and sweep the area as he had done...especially with the other Rouge unintentionally running interference for him.

In the end the choice was an easy one as he fired his grappling hook and hurried to the main part of the facility where he could hopefully find someone or something interesting.

Simon swore under his breath as more and more people began to flood into the complex. He had gotten rather deep in, possibly further than anyone else, considering that he had been one of the ones who had snuck in as opposed to waiting to breach and hadn't engaged any on the squads because of Mirage Colloid.

Unfortunately, that particular blessing really was a double edged sword. Simon eyed the battery indicator on his HUD, noting how much it had already dropped.

He needed to take what he could, fast, before everyone else swarmed upon him. Simon stopped at one of the control panels in the deeper part of the facility, dropping his Mirage Colloid. He would need to conserve it in case on an emergency from here on out. A couple of quick seconds got the door to close. He jumped through the doorway, firing a lancer dart at the control panel as he moved through entrance. The door close behind him and Simon was rewarded with the sound of an explosion. With any luck, with all the breeches which were taking place no one would notice anything until they got to the door.

"That'll keep the bastards guessing." He muttered, looking to quickly get to the heart of the facility, find whatever there was worth taking, and get the frack out.

Well eff my luck.

When he had gotten to the shadows, he had hoped that he could idle for a while, conserving battery power. If necessary, he could have ambushed he first few people to enter, working on the people in the complex bit by bit.

But no, each individual group of fascists just had to arrive all at once, meaning that there was no way to put up a fight. The Blitz, god love it, was all about sneak attacks. There was no way that a sneak attack would be anything less than suicidal here.

Or is it...

In his time seeing all of the different groups as having a single enemy (him) he had forgotten all the stories about how much each group hated the other. They were all at gunpoint with each other.

Simon forced himself to breath at that point, taking in the situation. Maybe, just maybe, he wasn't screwed quite yet. There were ways of turning the situation in his favor. All together, hell, with a single faction targeting him he would find himself blown to high heaven. But shooting each other to shit...well, that just made his heart glow a little. The fallout from something like that would destroy inter-group cooperation for a while. Leaving people like him to be...well, people like him.

Simon needed to choose one side, and in the end, it really wasn't much of a choice. Persistent bastard, isn't he? Simon muttered under his breath, stepping as quietly as he could behind the armor which had caused him so much trouble in Boston. Out of all the sides, the Baraclow Knights were the ones that he liked least at present and, as one of them had actually seem him before, would be more likely to believe that there was a stealth mobile suit. But if the Knights were being blamed, they would have to be the ones to give the excuse, "It's not us, it was the invisible Rouge who did it." Having to watch them say it would be worth the price of admission, even from a jail cell.

"Sorry about this buddy." Simon whispered as he raised his beam rifle over the shoulder of the power armor furthest back in the group. He may have even gotten closer, but what with all the hell that was going to land it seemed prudent to be as close to an exit as possible. "Except, you know, not." Simon fired a single shot, too high to actually hit anyone but close enough that Law Enforcement would certainly feel it.

With that shot, the Rouge turned and ran as fast as he could down the hallway the Baraclow Knights had come from. He needed to find cover fast and the moment he did he was going to turn his Mirage Colloid off and watch the fireworks.

“Oh, ‘fer the love of-“ Simon launched into a long diatribe under his breath, stringing together several colorful curse words that would have made a drunken sailor sober. Things had gone from good, good, bad, decent and finally to “utterly prison style, no reach-around screwed”.

His plan had seemed to work at first, the chaos of his shot setting off each person there against the other. Sadly, the Knights had kept some composure and showed some strategy on dealing with an invisible opponent in a closed space, forcing him to turn off his best defense. Being thrown back, and into a room with people who wanted to kill him…and now there were considerably more.

As much as he hated to admit it, if he was going to survive this he was going to have to work with Law Enforcement. Against a person who was with the same technology as him.

This did not bode well.

“I’ll take my evil doppelganger. Well, evil-er. More evil.” Simon called back to the squad of GM’s as he raised his grappling anchor firing it at the duplicate Blitz. The power armor dodged, turning invisible.

“Stealing my style?” Simon shook his head, firing up the beam saber. “At least I’m an honest thief as opposed to you corporate crooks.”

Simon considered going invisible one final time and making a break for it, but shook his head. While being invisible was extremely helpful, that didn’t mean that he could walk through walls. He still was tangible as anyone else while Mirage Colloid was active.

That’s it! I know better than anyone the weaknesses of the Blitz

Simon caught a beam, seemingly from nowhere, out of the corner of his eye. He span, catching the beam on his shield, trust the Phase Shift to hold while he fired his last lancer dart at the source. They would be completely useless against Phase Shift armored foes, but while using Mirage Colloid purely ballistic attacks were even more effective as usual.
