Yes, but there maybe some string changes in future, so you may need to correct/update some strings you already translated.

Translation software (aka Language Editor), allows us to mark strings outdated so answer is yes.

we are....

the localization team will review emails -- but we are all volunteers, so it may take a little time.

Additionally, we rarely accept translators who have not established themselves. I note that you have only this one post...   please, read through the community. Post questions and/or replies to people so that we can establish that you are a person who has some interest in the software/community and help establish your language credentials....
