Edited some rules. I cut off ship joins till we get more members. Well that happened this morning. Almost have to open it again. But it will be one open slot again. I still haven't got the shipyard rules down yet. I have to tweek them a little. And I also have to tweek the cargo rules too. Once the cargo rules are done, a rogue can use a ship to transport stuff around to different places and get money for it.
