Killian has a unique combination of wit and intelligence and as a result, possesses a sort of confidence than can come off as arrogance. To Killian, practicality trumps all. In combat simulations, he prefers to remove enemies from a distance. He lacks the sort of foolhardy arrogance that some possess that would get them killed; Killian is a survivor. He prefers long range combat over mid and close range because it puts him in the least amount of danger. He also has a preference for mobility over defense.
Killian is analytical, yet relies on what he considers a gut instinct, but in all honesty, it is combination of his intellect, awareness and experience. Fleischer is keenly aware of how smart he is, but somehow manages to project some sort of humility about it. When he’s right and people doubt him, he has this sort of benign ‘Why did you doubt me?’ look about him. He’s got a knack for languages, despite, apparently, him being engineered to be an artist of some variety. He’s good at reading people and guessing what they’re going to do; he’s studied a lot of psychology. Fleischer reads text books like people read the back of cereal boxes. I was, at first, opposed to him signing on to the Reichstguard, but he’s implacable and well connected. Strings were pulled and we got him a job as recon and intelligence. I really hate that [REDACTED] gave him a taste of field work.
