3 Years Later

As the UESC gained momentum, disgruntled Union and European Empire officers united over a common cause. Weakened by the loss of resources, various cells emerged throughout the Earth Sphere. One cell based itself inside the Asteroid base Luna II, as it contained the GN research team from the former American Union. As paths and resources opened up to Jupiter, this cell gained access to new research conditions in the past three years, their work finally bearing new fruit. "Michael, are you sure you want to test this?" the head researcher asked, still wearing her old uniform from the American Union. Inside the compound, she stood staring out the glass windows as a new white Mobile Suit stood. Various cables leading to the new suit were pulled away, lights shining at the mobile suit.

"I'm sure about this. Our former princess was able to make sure she got me here to you. I have to do this, to repay her and all of you," Michael says, as he began final preparations inside.

"Final checks complete, ready to begin."

"Ok, power up the GN Drive on our mark. 3....2.....1.....Mark!" she says to him, as the GN Drive came to life for the first time. Unlike the GN Flag's GN Drive, which generated red particles, the new GN Drive had blue-green particles instead. "GN Drive stable, storage....stable?"

"So our hypothesis was accurate. Michael, that GN Drive is self-sufficient. It will never need to be recharged," she states, as the GN Drive continued on without interruption.

"I see...we need a mobile suit that's combat worthy, one that will help us find the justice we're looking for now."
