It lights up all the time with User-Group requests and small errors which some of which are just normal "Roster Errors" complaining about missing exp, missing credits, and not being where they should be. That thread will soon be ignored when that little light comes on because no one cares about other people complaining about things or requesting to be in the right usergroup, to keep it an important sub-forum people pat attention to when posted in I'd recommend moving those other threads elsewhere.
