Below is a list of treaties and stipulations to which all Nations have agreed to and publicly maintain.


The Treaty of Wake:
-Enforces each nations commitment to the non-use of Nuclear Weapons
-Prohibits the usage of Nuclear, Biological, or Chemical Weapons on civilians.
-Prohibits the development of additional Nuclear, Biological, or Chemical Weapons.
-Prohibits the usage of Nuclear Weapons during War.

Hawaii Convention:
-Governs the treatment of prisoners of war. Prohibits the torture, execution, or inhumane treatment of Prisoners of War.
-Dictates the term at which a Prisoner of War might be bartered away, either in exchange for other prisoners or monetary compensation relevant to the rank and importance of the PoW.

Treaty of Zum:
-Prohibits the targeting of Civilian Colonies and Cities in Space by Military Forces of any Nation.
-Prohibits fighting in the vicinity of Space Colonies

Preservation Treaty:
-Member nations agree to the non-militarization of the Arctic and Antarctica.
-Member nations conclude that fighting in these zones would ultimately have a negative effect to the well-being of Earth.
-Prohibits the stationing of military troops in these regions.
-Prohibits the transport of military troops in these regions.
