Psychological Assessment: Outside of combat, has been constantly described as a "troublesome" subordinate by commanding officers. Violations of dress code and behavioral protocol frequently appear on his service record, including several instances of pranks played on fellow soldiers and officers. Would likely have been drummed out of service if not for his value as a sharpshooter. In combat, Angus shows patience bordering on lethargy. Has been noted to pass up shots other snipers would take because they are "too easy", though in most cases, it appears to be a tactical decision based on the effectiveness of the shot on enemy morale and chain of command. While able to use most medium range weaponry effectively, as well as melee weaponry, prefers to break from enemy contact as soon as the opportunity presents itself.

Physical Assessment: Lanky and lean, Angus is not a very intimidating presence. Though he is often taller than his fellow soldiers, he is not an imposing figure. While physically fit and able to perform most tasks at an acceptable level, is not the fastest or strongest soldier in the field. However, years of living on the outskirts of civilization have helped him to become much more apt to survive in extreme circumstances.
