On turning 17, Wolfen joined the German Imperial Naval Academy. He studied military tactics and he personally was a fan of the German Navy of old. He quickly picked up Naval tactic and after his first year, he was moved into the special Enlisted Leader's course. Wolfen once again proved his worth by passing at the top of his class. After his second year, Wolfen was one of the youngest Enlisted Leaders, and he showed great promise with his tactics and his skill in controlling marine mobile suits. After the Academy Wolfen was assigned to the 201st Amphibious Blitz. This unit was designed as a model of the Old America's Navy Seals. Known as "Phibs" their job was quick in and out missions. Wolfen was stationed aboard the "Niftzish" - a Vosgulov class submarine- and quickly went to border guard. In his third month being in the north Atlantic. An American Union fleet encroached in The European Empire's waters, and the Niftzish, along with the 2nd Atlantic fleet was sent to intercept. Wolfen quickly made a name for himself using his, GOOhN, he destroyed thirteen mobile suits and even sunk three enemy warships. The American Union's fleet commander referred to his GOOhN as the Terror of the North Atlantic. This name stuck and Wolfen became the "Terror of the North Atlantic". With the Atlantic quiet, Wolfen has had nothing but time to help him perfect his piloting skills, while he makes sure to stay studying.
