Since the RPG came to a rather unceremonious end and I have some free time I figured I would make a small write-up on what occurred during the year which the war had lasted, and a little bit afterwards. If you want me to fill out a conclusion for your character, please PM me with the following information: Name: Side: Answer the Following Questions: -Do you Retire -Do you die -Do you join the UESC -Do you join the Rebels -Do you join the Jupiter Empire and I will do a write up. If you'd like, you can also provide your own write-up. The Conclusion As the most aggressive party in the war, the Japanese Empire dealt a strong blow to the American Union with the destruction of its Military Headquarters and later plundering of the Royal Palace in Canada, robbing the American Union of its Morale.
The American Union was unable to recover from early losses in the war and attempted to broker an alliance with the Europeans which the Kommissariat used to their advantage as a distraction. After agreeing to the terms, the European Empire subsequently brutally seized the Atlantic Ocean and Greenland as well as imposing a harsh blockade upon the remains of the American Union which was being slowly overwhelmed by the Japanese. Ultimately, the American union Capitulated to the Empire of Japan, surrendering its remaining assets to the Japanese Empire although rag-tag bunches of rebels fled away.
As for the European Empire, the thousand year Reich finally crumbled around its self. The failing of the Kaiser was ultimately his decision to create the Reichstag, as the puppet states eventually fell into stagnation or simply rebelled against him. Famed European Commander Saladin eventually made good on his promises and lead the Kurdish people in a full-open revolt against the European Empire, driving the Europeans back to the sea. Given as the Military was too concerned with attacking the American's and keeping the Japanese at bay the Empire was unable to handle the rebels within its own borders. More and more nations seceded from the European Empire until the German Empire was finally forced to capitulate to the Caliphate, The Japanese Empire, The Free French Forces, The Holy Republic of Italy, and The Duchy of Moscow. Careful politicking by the Japanese Empire brought an end to war on Earth, and all remaining nation states signed the Unified Earth Sphere Treaty, forming the United Earth Sphere Confederacy and its representative Parliament located in Lhasa, Tibet. In effect, the Treaty placed full responsibility for the War on the shoulders of the former European Empire and at the behest of the Caliphate, the German Empire and former European Empire states were forced to pay retributions to the Middle-Eastern and African Colony-States, who's identities were nearly obliterated by the European Aggression.
Disillusioned by the results of the War, many American Union leaders and soldiers formed a resistance group to combat the UESC along-side former European Empire representatives that felt the UESC actions against their nation was overly-harsh. The rebellion was met with harsh crackdowns from the UESC's Defense Forces, which created a wide gap of political tension with the newly formed Jupiter Empire, which now included Mars in its sphere of Control.
Character Conclusions
Watanabe Fuuka Watanabe Fuuka and Yoshida Haruka went on to be important assets for the Imperial Military, spearheading many Military Campaigns against the American Union including the destruction of the Royal Palace and the crippling of the American Morale. Despite many altercations, Watanabe Fuuka remained unsuccessful in killing the pilot of the Overflag, though she did succeed in destroying the GN Flag in the final battle.
In the final battle between the American Union and the Japanese Empire, Watanabe Fuuka and Michael Haley clashed in mortal combat against one another. While Michael Haley's GN Flag seemed to hold the advantage, Fuuka's growing newtype powers ultimately provided her with victory in the duel, destroying the GN Flag but at the cost of her own RX-78. Reluctantly Fuuka was withdrawn from the Front Lines after the death of her Brother, making her Heir Apparent to the throne.
With the formation of the UESC and the placement of her mother as Chairwoman, Fuuka was crowned Empress Akane when her mother abdicated her position as Empress in order to assume position as Chairowman.
Yoshida Haruka Follow the series of successes that Haruka faced with Watanabe Fuuka she was eventually slowed down as the Pegasus Class was frequently interdicted by the Ra Cailum. With the loss of Watanabe Fuuka and the Gundam following the final battle against the Americans, the Pegasus Class is ultimately destroyed by the Ra Cailum. Haruka, who manages to save most of her crew is ultimately selected to join the Imperial Guard and is assigned to be Empress Akane's personal guard.
Michael Haley Michael Haley continues piloting the GN Flag and leads the Overflags in battle against the Japanese, ultimately reaching the rank of Lieutenant prior to the final battle against the Japanese. In the battle, Michael Haley and his Overflags save the Royal Family before engaging the Pegasus and the RX-78. Distracted by the RX-78, Michael Haley engages in a Duel to the Death with the RX-78 as the two bitter rivals battle throughout the ruined city, far removed from the rest of the war. Ignoring the cease-fire, the two Rivals continued their bitter battle late into the night. In the end, Fuuka's Newtype abilities win out and allow her to strike a critical blow against the GN Flag. Convinced she had beaten the GN Flag, Michael Haley surprised her by landing one final blow against the RX-78, destroying the Machine.
When the battle was over, Michael Haley met up with the GN Project Team and escaped into the night. Rumors abound that he died in the war, though in secret Michael Haley was smuggled to the resistance stronghold of Luna II with the help of the British Princess who's life he had saved.
Nelson Robinson The Tallgeese II would prove to be a fierce force in the fighting that would come, its new Gundanium Alloy armor providing it with superior protection. Together with the Ra Cailum, Nelson set his sights upon destroying the Pegasus Class in revenge for the death of his wing-mate. In the end, the Tallgeese II and Ra Cailum were capable of bringing the Pegasus Class down and destroying the ship.
When the cease-fire was declared and Nelson Robinson was ordered to lay-down arms he flipped his commander the bird and took off with the Running Riot and became a crucial member of the Resistance due to his reputation and the fire-power he brought with him, which included the stolen blueprints for the Virgo Mobile Doll.
Scarth Maheart The Noble Warrior Scarth Maheart died doing what he loved to do best, fighting. He died protecting the future Empress when her RX-78 was destroyed and she was targeted by European Forces. He charged them head-first while the unarmed transport plane flew off to safety. He perished, but not before taking twenty-five GINN's with him. A statue was commissioned in his honor by the Imperial Family and built inside the capital of Side 3. Despite his Chinese heritage, Scarth was posthumously granted full Japanese Citizenship and enshrined with the rest of the honorable dead in Side 3 by the former Empress as a token of gratitude for saving the life of her daughter.
Ranmaru Alaunte Ranmaru Alaunte unsuccessfully tried to launch a coup d'état against the Japanese Empire following the end of the war. Though he gained a sizeable Australian and Korean following his forces barely had the chance to muster before the illusive Kempeitai rounded up most of his Officers as well as himself. Ranmaru was executed publicly by firing squad, as was the rest of his Officer Corp which resulted in the crumbling of his rebellion. Subsequently, his family was stripped of all honor and money and were ordered by Empress Akane to perform seppuku to redeem their family name, thus putting to an end any future rebellion.
Viktoria Kunze Viktoria Kunze leads the Archangel in their dramatic attack against America but quickly finds herself redeployed to the Middle-East in order to combat the Caliphate. She does well, but is ultimately unable to stem the tide of forces and is recalled to Berlin to protect the Capital. When Germany Surrenders, Viktoria scuttles the Archangel on orders of the Kommissariat so that it cannot fall into enemy hands. Following the war, Viktoria Kunze joines the UESC as the Kommissariat is erased from history.
Saladin Saladin eventually makes good on his promise and leads the Kingdom of Krugis in their popular revolt against the European invaders. He eventually successfully drives the European Empire out of the Middle East and Africa, depriving the Empire of valuable resources. Many attribute Saladin to the ultimate fall of the Empire, as many were emboldened by his actions and rose up as well against the German Empire. Saladin went on to be Caliph and eventually helped formed the UESC along with the former Empress of Japan.
Midori Murakami Captain Midori Murakami served faithfully to the Japanese Empire throughout the war, wreaking havoc upon the American supply lines as well as the European ones up until the end of the war. A highly decorated War Veteran, Midori Murakami was one of the first people selected for the UESC Armed Forces.
Donovan Omen The Pilot of the Astray Red Frame had little to his name when he set out on his mission to destroy the renegade Tallgeese as apart of the UESC's task-force. The battle was a pitched one at first, but ultimately the Red Frame was destroyed in its battle against the Tallgeese II and Donovan Omen lost his life.
Faisal as-Senussi Faisal as-Senussi embezzled the funds from the European Mining Corporation shortly after Saladin's uprising in the Middle East and fled to outer-space aboard his Families personal shuttle. Though he abandoned Europe to its ultimate fate, Faisal as-Senussi went on to become a major financial backer of the Resistance.
Himuro Hatsuharu Captain Himuro Hatsuharu continued to make progress against the European Lines, advancing all the way to Greater Germania where he fought valiantly against the German Empire's forces but was eventually destroyed by a Positron Cannon blast from the Archangel, Himuro Hatsuharu at the cost of his own life managed to save most of his crew and his battle formation by absorbing the full force of the blow with his Dabude.
