Joining

Your character can come from any anime or video game.  E-mail me:

Yourself:

-character's name

-E-mail

-a link to picture or the actual picture

-your strong point out of strength (power), endurance (defense), agility (speed), mind (magic & chi), luck (things work good or bad), and charisma (a person of the opposite sex will fall in love giving you the advantage or having a way with words)

-side

-team (if any; you can create or join one if leader says OK; optional-what ranks you have on your team like leader, first in command, foot soldier, master, president, disciple, etc.)

- abilities you may choose 3 abilities to start with and only 3...the abilities must be specific things not just something in general I will be making an ability page of possible abilities sometime*** (see fighting style)

-starting location...all players start on earth but you tell me where...it takes one day to go across connected continents and many more to go across water

-starting equipment...choose one weapon and one armor of your choice and do not use things like Godly Armor or Golden Armor because you will not start with armor that is powerful...same applies to weaponry

-fighting style out of hand to hand (examples Dragon Ball Z, Final Fantasy series), Mobile Suit (Gundam series, Armored Core), ship pilot (Outlaw Star, any other game or anime with ships of some sort) and monster raiser (Monster Rancher, Jade Cacoon)...you may have one or two or three or all of these if you only choose one you get to choose 5 moves instead of 3 and two is 4 moves and three gives 3 moves and four has 2 moves because...if you specialize in one oyu have more time to perfect it and therefore heave more moves*** (see abilities)

-character history (I'd prefer this but optional)

MS (mobile suit...optional):

-MS name

-MS size (a size about that of gundam, somewhere in between, the size of a human)

-link to picture or picture itself (does not need to perfectly match your weaponry but if important weapons are showing in the picture then you need it)

-strong point same as character except you can only choose strength, firepower, accuracy, endurance, agility, Ether Machine (works the same as mind)

-beginning equipment (esentially the same as character)

-MS history (optional)

Pilot space/air ships:

-name

-space/air/ocean/land pick one

-if you have a picture send it

- strong point (firepower, accuracy, endurance, speed, Ether Machine)

-history (opsional)

Sides

You get weekly payments on Fridays.

As the RPG progresses certain events may cause organizations to merge and split.

Light Guild-starting payment $500; weekly payment $150   The Light Guild works on stopping the crimes of The Shadow Guild and Cult of Assassins .  They try to do everything without harming innocents.  The Light Guild has access to powerful weapons on the black market.  Everything has a high price though.  E-mail me for a list

Shadow Guild-starting payment $500; weekly payment $150   The Shadow Guild does everything for themselves to increase their power.  They hire the Cult of Assassins a lot to help them fight.  Also, you kill anyone who gets in your way mercilessly.   The Shadow Guild has access to deadly ability increasing items on the black market.   Everything has a high price though.  E-mail me for a list.

Cult of Assassins-you start with nothing and get paid to fight people and payment works with the difference of your levels.   The Cult of Assassins specialize in ambushes and they can lower someone's HP to one automatically out of battle.   Assassins can be caught and arrested though if defeated in battle.  For targets of the assassins 1 HP attack healing time is one day. Also, jobs get double payment than others would get.

Ninja guild-must be hand to hand fighters, mini-MS or train certain types of monsters. This guild works the same as Cult of Assassins but they aren't evil the are good or evil depending upon who has the fattest wallet or who they'd rather work for.  Ninja's can get information easily while others have to find it out on their own. Also, ninjas are payed when they work but start with $5000.

Outlaws-you start with nothing and get paid to fight people and you are paid double do missions.  Outlaws kill or work for money and rewards and usually don't work for free.  They can find out information, about people including NPC, if they rough up the right people.

Dragon Riders-starting payment $100; weekly payment $500   The Dragon Riders protect Lann with mighty dragons.  When you reach level ten you get your own dragon of any color you want.   You can choose a color or ask me for a few ideas.  It costs about $400 weekly to take care of them.  You had better start saving right away.  If you keep the dragon for one week,  it can fight.  After having a dragon for a month, it can carry one Dragon Rider and fight a bit tougher. Also, it can begin breathing the chosen element.  After two months a dragon can carry groups of people if one is a Dragon Rider and it can fight and breath the element even better or use magic of the element.  The dragon rider is weak in physical power but is formidable with a dragon.   What the dragon kills gives you the EXP.  MUST BE MONSTER RAISER.

Z fighter-starting payment $500; weekly payment $150   Z fighters are similar to the Light Guild because they protect people from evil.  Z fighters can enter tournaments free and must be hand to hand fighters.

MS teams- start with $2000 and get $200 weekly.  They can summon other military teams to help in battle if necessary and are a force to be reckoned with.  They don't have to serve the military but they get to enter touranments for free if they do.  Only human size MS are allowed in tournaments unless otherwise stated and you must be at least one part MS pilot to be in this organization.

Other Rules

1. Cursing is allowed but no @*!#&% for 500 lines and no F-word or calling other people bad things in my presence.

2.  I usually have a reason for doing what I do so ask if you don't get something and don't feel embarrased by doing so.

3. I HATE whiners so don't do it unless it's just a comical whining type thing.

4. Have fun. (Is it just me or is this rule on every RPG?)

5. Don't be afraid to ask questions.   It's better that than to assume something and see you were wrong at a bad moment.

6. You may have more than one character but I will not allow huge unified fronts.

Battles

One quick thing.  You may interrupt healing to do something else because you don't always have to heal to max HP after a battle.

E-mail me your first attacks or attack patterns (ex. weapon, weapon, block, ability, block, weapon in other words it's every move you'll use and in what order) or I'll choose.  You may fight between same side.

You are allowed to cheat but you get reduced exp. and an increased chance to win.  If you want to do a type of fight not listed here you may.  I judge winning and losing exp. though.  (ex. squirt gun fight, basketball match;  I will throw out some rules in sports matches)

Too many combinations with Hand to hand vs MS and MS vs. trainer etc. etc. here are general things

Duel-a duel is when 2 people know and E-mail me about it; this type is a free-for-all.

Weapon Duel-same as Duel but weapons only.

Martial Arts Duel-same as Duel but fists and feet only.

Ability Duel-same as Duel but abilities only.

Mass Duel-same as Duel but 3 or more people; this may also be classified into weapon, ability, and martial arts.

Team Duel-same as Duel but uses teams; teams may be uneven like 1 vs. 4 or 3 vs. 4; this may also be classified into weapon, ability, and martial arts.

Ambush-the defender is unaware of the attack.

Blackout-an ambush where defender doesn't know who's attacking unless he survives the attack;  attacker runs away after the first or second attack; hints may be given in blackout as to who the attacker is like before he/she was knocked out by a powerful sword swing he/she saw a flash of red go by meaning the attacker was using a sword and wears red clothing, has red hair, or it was blood from someone; the attacker may choose to cover up or give a false detail but only ONE (by wearing black clothing when they originally wear red etc.).

Missions-alone or in a group you get shared experience unless otherwise stated but they have their own rewards; winners decide how to split up the spoils.

Base Attack-can't be done alone because these attacks rarely succeed even in groups stronger than all of the people guarding the base because of traps, psychic barriers, etc. and it depends on defense and offense to determine your experience and money.

Tournament-a giant massacre on designated days; there are different types of tournaments for all attack plans (ways to attack like duel, mission, weapon duel, etc.); there are no ambush or blackout tournaments; small duel tournaments may use the technique of everyone fights everyone and whoever wins the most wins; there are also elimination tournaments and I choose randomly who fights who and these can only be done with certain numbers of people joining the tournament.

Unreal Tournament-these are out of control. It's a do whatever you want to kill the other guy and stay alive.  No such things as cheaters.  Basically if it helps you win you can use nukes if you want....providing you have one in your possession.

Abilities and Magic Artifacts

Just things you acquire and learn along the way.  You make up your own abilities to fit the description of your character. Magic Rings or Amulets are rare artifacts that give the user intense strength.  If the artifact is stolen then the robber gets it's powers.  They are fragile and easily destroyed though so take care of them.  If these artifacts become problems, then I will remove them from the RPG.

Shop

You may sell items to the shop but they sell for lower prices than when they were bought.  Ask me about prices.  Items that the shop doesn't have sell higher.  You can rob the shop but if you get busted you are arrested for a week and money/items return to shop.  One chance is allowed to escape jail and friends may help.  If someone stops jailbreak or initially catches you they get exp. and reward.

Bases

Bases are buildings that you can buy and purchase and modify.  The shop page has a list of things that you can have with bases.  Here are things that can happen in bases.  Most of the buildings will come from things I've seen on video games and anime but I will out them with what I see fit.  Prices are cumulative so a normal house would cost 1,600 without upgrades

Types of Bases-

$100-Pot-o-Gold-portable bathroon...take a guess...rooms one person no add ons.

$500-tree house...can comfortably house 3 people and no MS facilities are available...most upgrades are not available...must be in a tree...very easily destroyed...must I say more?

$1,000-house...can room 5 people and a small MS facility...I mean very small about twice as big as a garage so it can't build any large MS...can have a few upgrades but not many...must be where you can breathe...on a scale of 1-10 for durability I'd rate it a 2-3.

I doubt we'll get any farther than this for now because enhancements are a pain and defense too.  So a good treehouse can cost up to $5000.

Status Abnormalities-

Fire-the bases slowly takes damage until the fire is put out or destroys the base.  Removed by sprinkler system or slowed down by a nearby water source.

Corrosive Gas-anything that is metal slowly rusts and is destroyed over time.  Works faster than fire and is harder to get rid of.  Removed by a hole or ventilation system in base.  Chance of ventilation system being destroyed in the process.

Virus-base malfunctions according to the level of the virus.  A level 10 virus completely controls the base in the enemies favor.

Infestation-a device has been planted in your base to attract alien swarms of unknown organisms to your base. They are gruesome little creatures that can take a beating and travel in packs of 16 usually.   As many as 0.5-12.5 packs may attack your base at one time.

Erosion-if the base is on dangerous terrain and the terrain errodes part of or the entire base can be destroyed.   Countered with support pilings drilled deep into the ground but if they are exposed one good hit can send the base tumbling. Can also be countered by planting vegetation (can be destroyed by a good fire) or building terraces (can be destroyed by a good blast to level the terraces).

Puncture- in outer space and under water bases punctures can happen taking the oxygen out and fills it with water or makes a vacum. Vacums suck everything in the base into outer space unless they are being held back by something strong.  Countered by puncture defense shutters, sealing off the broken block or submerging/landing if possible.
