The FINAL Showdown

“Damnit!” Eiji shouted flying back to the rooftop dropping off the unconscious Atmaru. “What are we going to do?” Shade asked looking at the shocked psychic before he leaped off and flew after him. “What the hell is he doing?” Kenshin asked. “Eiji stop! You wont be able to stop him in your condition!” The student ignored the pleas of his friends pursuing Slasher. “Where are you going, Slasher?” Eiji asked flying besides him. “The Building of Darkness is the other way.” “I’m not going back. I have some business to attend to.” Suddenly, a strong force surrounded the Warrior sucking Eiji towards him before he took off with blinding speed. “That’s the direction of the FPI HQ,” Eiji flew low to the ground knowing of a shortcut and hoped that Slasher wasn’t going to do what he thought he is. “Shit.” Eiji shouted flying below a car as it went over his head. BOOM! Eiji looked up as a tornado tore into the side of the HQ throwing a few agents out and sucking them into a vortex that the mad warrior has created. “Slasher, dooooooon’t!!!” Eiji shouted throwing a dagger at his head. The sharp metal bounced off from a shield of wind surrounding Slasher and he just stared at Eiji for a second, eyes glowing red and veins pulsing out of his neck. “They will pay for the suffering they caused against the psychics…” a sudden blast stopped Slasher’s words and he looked down to see an agent and a few androids firing energy blasts. “Hmph, pathetic.” Slasher brought his sword over his head and Eiji could see the power gathering around it. “Shit! Get out of here now!” Eiji shouted at the agents below but they didn’t listen. The warrior pointed the weapon at the man and Eiji quickly flew over there blasting a burst of energy as the sword relinquished it’s directing it to the side. The shot tore into the side of a building before Eiji felt pain shoot through his body and looked down to see Slasher’s sword through him. “O….o..w…” Eiji pulled the sword out watching his vision begin to get blurry and Slasher looked down to notice the wind sphere was missing. “What the?” Eiji held the orb in his hand when it suddenly began to glow even brighter. “Eeeeaagghhh!” Eiji spun around letting go of the wind sphere and quickly drew his sword right through it. “No!” Slasher reached for the two pieces catching them. “AH!” Eiji floated backwards as a sort of black electricity began shooting out of the pieces surrounding Slasher. “What is going on?” At that moment, Shade and Kenshin as well as the Dark Warriors arrived to aid the student but it was too late, the battle was done. “You did it.” Shade said. “What’s happening with him?” Kenshin asked looking towards Slasher whose eyes were turning jet black and dark blood was dripping out of his mouth. “Devant!” “Oh shit!” Atmaru exclaimed. “What does the dark council want?” “Kill Slasher, kill that traitor and bring the sphere to us and be quick about it. If word gets out that the Dark Warriors destroyed the FPI Headquarters our organization will be hunted down and destroyed,” “It will be done.” Devant pulled out his sword and was about to strike the ex-warrior down when he noticed his featured began to change. “Are those scales?” Shade asked looking at Slasher still surrounded in the orb’s power. “Eiji, Eiji you have to get out of here before it’s too late.” “Slasher?” “I can’t hold it for much longer. The spirit inside the sphere is taking over my body and I will kill you all unless you get the away.” A low snort came out of Slasher as his body began to grow and change into a serpent like figure. “ROAR!” “Oh shit, dragon!” Let’s get the hell out of here!” Eiji watched his enemy’s transformation before a hurricane of wind surrounded him completely and the head of a dragon flew out of the top followed by its long body. “Right.” The psychics took off as fast as they can to where they left their ship. “How far is it from here?” Devant asked huffing and puffing. “Not very far as long as that thing doesn’t see us,” Shade said. “ROAR! “Too late.” The group turned around as Slasher’s new self flew over them followed by a gust of wind. “Where is he going in such a rush?” “Back home….to Japan.” Eiji answered.

Wind Sphere

The sun begins to set over the horizon of tall skyscrapers in the city of Midgar as the Dark Warriors get to their meeting place a block away from where the sphere is being held. "Whoa!" Slasher exclaimed as a strong wind blows the Warriors away. "Where is that coming from?" Tenchi asked as the wind gusts started picking up some cars and thrust them towards their direction. "There!" Atmaru shouted as pedestrian rushed by them trying to escape the harsh conditions. "That building there, Samanura Tower!" Two cars collided causing a fireball to fly towards them. The five Dark Warriors struggled with the powerful gusts and Devant looked towards the elemental psychic, Tenchi, for assistance. "Why are you looking at me like that?" Tenchi asked. "See that building next to Samanura Tower?" Tenchi squinted as dust from the streets blew into his eyes and a car crashed into the wall near them. "I want you to freeze the base of it. Atmaru will take over after that." Tenchi nodded and began summoning up the strength of ice. Inside a building near the tower, Eiji, Shade, and Kenshin watched the cars outside the window blow past them as well as a few unfortunate people who didn't escape in time. "We have to get there before anyone else gets killed and the Warriors have a chance to take this one as well," Eiji said to the others as the room began to suddenly freeze up. "Is it cold in here or is it just me?" Shade asked looking at Kenshin who was looking for a way to the tower. "You're right, it is...." Eiji felt his heart drop to his stomach as he saw the Dark Warriors facing their direction, Tenchi freezing the floor below them. "Shit!" Shade and Kenshin looked out the second story window beside him as Tenchi stopped and Atmaru stepped up with an elemental gun. "Blast it," Devant said to Atmaru who was loading a lightning bullet into the weapon. "Let's get outta' here!" Eiji shouted grabbing Shade's coat who was next to him and motioning to Kenshin. "I got this guy," he said pulling out an arrow and charging it up. Atmaru pointed and slowly pulled the trigger when the window upstairs shattered and an object blasted towards them as the Shape Shifter pulled the trigger letting out the powerful lightning attack. "Shit!" The arrow exploded against Atmaru sending him crashing back into the wall behind him. The high powered lightning shot exploded against the frozen structure of the lower level shattering it completely.  Shade grabbed onto Eiji for dear life as the building started to fall sending them crashing through the rubble. "They're not going to bother us anymore," Tenchi said laughing as the wind in front of the subsided due to the fallen structure creating a barrier between them. Back inside the pile of concrete and twisted metal, a blue glow shone through the cracks before the ruble exploded outward revealing Eiji, Kenshin, and Shade being protected by the psychic's shield. "Thanks," Shade said dusting himself off. "I'll remember that when there's a bounty on your head." "Now we still have not discussed my money." Kenshin stepped in front of him readying his sword. "In a time like this, all you can be talking about is money!?!" "It's okay," Eiji said stepping in between the two. "Once this mission is completed you will get your money, under one condition that is." "Which is?" Shade asked with a confused look on his face. "If you some how manage to get the orb you have to hand it over to PAST." "And if I don't?" "Then I guess I will have to kill you and take it from your cold corpse." "Good deal." The Dark Warriors walked through a tall broken window leading into what was left of the side of the 8th story and Slasher heard something that none of the others did. "Ill try and see if I can't find a back way through all this to the tower," he said pulling out his sword. "You all go on ahead." "Not a problem," Devant said back continuing on with the rest of them. Kenshin, Eiji, and Shade started running through the turned hallways and rooms when they finally reached the front doors of Samanura Tower. A guard on duty saw the two trespassers and was about to radio for backup but was quickly stopped by a quick arrow through the hand by Kanshin before getting knocked out by Shade. "This no killing rule is really going to cramp my style." He remarked. Eiji stopped walking suddenly with a shocked look on his face and Shade cocked his head at him. "You okay? It looks like you forgot to turn the oven off or something?" "Someone's coming." Eiji turned to the left and looked down a dark empty corridor. "Who is it?" "There's only one person who can block their face from me that well. You guys go on without me. I'll catch up to you later." Before they could say anything, Eiji took off running, drawing his katana. "He worries me sometime," Shade said as they continued on. "Uh-huh." Kenshin said back walking behind the security desk, looking at the monitors. "Anything good on?" Shade asked as Kenshin tapped a few keys on the console. "Just a shit load of guards if that's what you mean? Also a few dead ones as well. Ah, a couple of Warriors." "Who?" "Devant, Atmaru, D, and Tenchi." "Can you see where they are?" "It looks like they're getting onto an elevator and heading up." "Let's go!" Eiji felt a trickle of sweet  bead down his face as he looked about the rooms feeling his heart pound harder and harder as his mind nagged at him some more, telling him that he's in this room somewhere. "Been a long time," Slasher said as he snuck up behind Eiji, masamune lightly touching his neck. "Too long." Eiji slowly turned around as Slasher kept the sword close to his body. "You still don't get it do you?" The Dark Warrior smirked at the dead guard lying on the floor against the wall. "The dark will always prevail over the light and there's nothing you can do about it." Eiji slowly raised his hand towards a piece of broken rubble causing it to lift up into the air and smack Slasher in the back of the head. "I can kill you at least!" "Bastard!" He shouted as the psychic leaped up kicking him in the face throwing him back. Eiji spun around lifting his katana blocking an attack from the enemy's sword before cutting low tearing a gash across his stomach when a powerful explosion nearby sent the two crashing out of a window and into the alleyway below. "Son of a..." Slasher said smacking into the pavement along with Eiji. The Warrior kicked Eiji in the side before he flipped around stabbing his sword into the wall a few inches in front of him. Eiji took a step back slamming the side of his arm against the blade snapping it in two causing Slasher to stumble back. "What are you going to do? Are you going to kill me, is that it?" Slasher said with a fake trembling voice. "Something like that." "But I thought you  were taught to do anything but kill? Please, spare my life and I..." "Stop it!" Eiji shouted. "You're right, how foolish of me. I nearly forgot, you're just like us. Cold blooded freak, aren't you?" "No, I'm..." "Of course you are. Right now you are thinking of how marvelous it would be to bathe in my blood, to celebrate in the sinew of my torn up body." "Shut up!" "No problem, I was just saying those thing so you wouldn't read my mind to anticipate my new attack." "Huh?" Slasher rolled back onto him feet and held his hand out. "Demon Ripper!" Eiji leaped back as the tendrils tore out of the Summoner's arm but only extended out to three feet and seemed to just freeze in midair. "Demon manipulation." The claws and tentacles hardened creating a sword-like weapon out of them and he dashed towards Eiji who blocked the attack with his katana, but the force threw him back; feet sliding across the ground. "Bastard!" Eiji said after smacking into a wall. "Aren't I?" Slasher laughed dashing towards him swinging the newly formed sword. The PAST Student ducked as the weapon tore along the building, throwing up a flurry of sparks. "What's wrong, Eiji? Are you not having fun yet?" I have to end this now or die trying! Suddenly, two hand grenades fell to the ground, bouncing between the two, stopping Eiji's breath as he stared at them. A few minutes earlier, a stand off on the fourth floor held up Kenshin and Shade as a few guards fired from the other side of a corridor. "What are these guy's problems?" Shade said holding out his hand. "What are you doing?" Kenshin asked. "I can have more agility....just watch." Kenshin flinched as bullets wized by, breaking apart the plaster on the wall throwing up dust. The psychic turned towards the Hunter as he fell over grabbing his throat and coughed up a storm. Kenshin turned back to the guards hearing clips reloading and decided to act fast. The Student threw out his arm causing a shockwave of power to tear across the left side of the hallway distracting the guards to jump back behind the walls as Shade ran at them in his transformed stage. "It's a monster!" One of the guards shouted as Shade lifted him up and threw him back. "Use your grenades!" One of the members un-strapped his grenades and threw them at the creature but they just bounced off smashing through the nearby window. "Idiot, not like that." "Ahhhhhhh!" "Ahhhhhhh!" Eiji held out his arms pulling up the psychic shield just as the grenades exploded, BOOM, flames engulfing him completely in them. As the fire subsided, Slasher was gone. "Damnit!" "Well here it is." Devant said placing his left hand on the wall leaning against it as blood dripped from a gunshot in his chest from a fire fight earlier. D leaning against Tenchi and Amtaru holding his arm as blood seemed to cover it. "The sphere is behind these doors." Devant stepped in front of the huge doors which extended all the way to the ceiling about twelve feet. Atmaru looked down as blood dripped to the floor and noticed it started to streak and noticed dust blowing under the door. "Wait!" Devant turned the handle and just then the doors blew open hard smacking into the Warrior and sending him back. "Shit!" Atmaru shouted stabbing his sword into the floor as a powerful wind blew the others far back before the started to subside. "Now let's see what's behind door number one." Atmaru took a few steps into the room looking cautiously around but didn't see anything. "I better not take any chances," the Warrior ran to the sphere sitting atop a pedestal and was about to pick it up when Eiji tore through the wall behind it firing a mind attack. The cement stand exploded sending the orb rolling towards him. "Hu-ha!" Eiji said about to scoop it up when a blade shot out in front of him causing him to run into it; sphere bouncing off his foot, stopping right below Slasher. "The power," Slasher said picking the orb up. "is all mine!" Slasher thrust it into his chest letting it seep into his body and just then, the whole top floor of the building exploded with a burst of powerful wind sending Eiji and Atmaru through the air. Eiji reached out grabbing Atmaru's extended blade saving him as he slowed down with his flight ability and watching Slasher fly off as well using the wind. "Great."

Results: Slasher attains Wind Sphere.
Healing: Eiji requires 2 days. Kenshin requires 1 day. Shade requires 1 day. Atmaru requires 3 days. Devant requires 2 days. D requires 2 days. Tenchi requires 1 day. Slasher requires 2 days.
