The Demon Astaroth

Astaroth is a demon that hungers for the experience of battle. In his former realm he was brought into existence by a group of cult mages who were trying to form a demon in order to battle off the army's which were trying to destroy them. What they created was a monster. After bonding to the head mage he easily destroyed the cult and murdered and enslaved the army which came to destroy them. Afterwards he felt the desired to own all the land he could conquer. Craving the pain and suffering of those that fell to him in battle he roamed the land conquering all that he deemed weak and useless and enslaved those he saw useful. He created a massive army of slaves that was rivaled by none. He slowly and gruesomely conquered most of the planet until a group of rebelling slaves managed to open a portal into another dimension sucking Astaroth off his host body and through the portal. Astaroth being stripped from his former host body attached himself to a wolf in order to survive. He was searching for a stronger host body to transfer to when it stumbled upon manbearpig. He over took its body bonding to manbearpig to form a new far superior creature. Now that he has a strong enough body he plans to try and rebuild his former empire.

The demon formed a mixture of itself and manbearpigs body to create a massive dragon like beast that holds all the powers of manbearpig but under the demons control.

This form uses the body of manbearpig so he remains a massive 5 meters/16feet on his hind legs 2.5 meters/ 8feet on all fours and weighs a colossal 10,000lbs/4545kgs He also retained the venomous powers from manbearpig making his claws and bite contain a poisonous remedy


Shadow Human Transformation

Astaroth erupts into a cloud of black smoke and reforms into a smaller more human body

He conceals himself in a smaller shadow like humanoid form in order to make it easier to travel, stay hidden in the shadows, and communicate.

He is about 6 feet tall in this form with a ghost like transparency to him along with a long shadowy cloak that floats like a cloud behind him.

In this mode he is almost impossible to see in the dark. Also has no real shape to him making it where he can pass through cracks in walls and small holes to gain access to areas. Even though he is shapeless he still can be hit in this form. The set back of this mode is he cannot attack until he transforms back into his original dragon state.

Venom
If this potent venom is injected into the opponent from a slash from the claws or a bite they begin to suffer its dramatic effects. First their vision begins to haze over forming a near blind state. Then they begin to feel a slowing of their movement until they are eventually left in a state of semi paralysis that takes several hours to wear off. The more venom injected from attacks the faster the effects will take place.

The begining of a New Era
Manbearpig was chasing the two other monkeys from the hunt with Pelt into the forest when he stumbled and fell to the ground taking out a large portion of jungle with his massive tumbling body. The monkeys were too far off by now so Manbeapig decided that he would at least kill something so he looked for the nearest living creature.

There was a wolf that he spotted off in the distance. The wolf looked at Manbearpig with its blistering red eyes as it let out a gruesome snarl. Manbearpig responded with an ear-shattering roar. He charged at the wolf in a blind rage swinging at the beast with its massive claw. The wolf jumped up easily dodging the blow and getting a powerful chomp down on Manbearpigs neck. Bleeding from his neck Manbearpig turned around and swung again catching the wolfs hind leg with his massive claw. In pain the wolf ran off into the jungle followed by Manbearpig.

After several minutes Manbearpig found himself in a clearing but had lost track of the wolf. He started to look around and sniff to see if he could find the wolf but as soon as he let his guard down the jet black wolf jumped from the shadows onto the back of the colossal beast biting at the back of Manbearpigs neck. Manbearbig swung at the wolf but his blows were easily dodged and inflicted damage on himself. After a few more bite from the wolf Manbearpig finally grabbed the wolf he squeezed the wolf crushing some of its ribs then threw it at a near by tree. The wolf smashed into the tree and fell to the ground whimpering in pain. After throwing the wolf though Manbearpig fell to the ground gushing blood at an alarming rate from his neck both in front and back. He clasped to the ground just about to pass out from blood loss when he saw the wolf limping to his face the wolfs eyes started to glow red and a black cloud started to erupt from the wolf.

After a few seconds both were engulfed in a raging black storm that ended in a flash of light. The demon stood there looking down at the old dead carcass and let out a sinister laugh. As he left the small clearing there was just a few blood stains and a dead wolf carcass the demon now controlled the body of Manbearbig.

30 - Pinewood - This coniferous forest is home to many unique and dangerous creatures. The vast forests are owned by tribes of roaming Centaurs. They are fierce warriors and only the strongest survive due to the unforgiving wilderness. They are creatures of honor and respect and are willing only to trust outsiders once they have gained it.

32 - Kragspeak - A once beautiful forest slowly being destroyed. The Orcs and Goblins of the mountains use the Tolls as construction crews destroying the forest in order to light the fires for there massive cities deep within the mountains. Giant cities carved into the stone itself. They are filthy places and have a foul stench that flows out of the mountain and covers the land. They are know for their huge numbers and are said to have the largest city (population wise) on Tharcs. Their numbers and skills at crafting make them a formidable foe for any army.

33 Risoncaster - A area of great plains almost completely surrounded by mountains. In the center of the plains lies a great city of stone. The Mages of this settlement are masters of elemental magic forming massive stone towers that soar into the sky's. The center tower can be seen over the mountains and from both eastern and western coasts of the continent. It is said that the Mages are all knowing and can sense your intentions. The seem to know who you are what your doing and how to destroy you before you ever say a word. Their City is defended by magical traps and Dragons trained by the mages

26. Charn - This swamp covered peninsula is almost impossible to travel through on foot without sinking into the marsh. It has many small streams forming a network of water ways which the locals travel by boat to get from settlement to settlement. The area has a low population due to its lack of resources and its inability to build stable structures on most of the land. The folk here are wary of travels and get very uneasy when someone new enters their swamp.

27. Kerrigen - A jungle covered mountainous island that to the eye looks like an isolated paradise. However once on the island you soon learn that it is anything but. After you traverse the islands alpine coastline you'll find a gorge covered in jungles at the islands center. These jungles are like a network of mazes that can leave even a skilled traveler lost in this unforgiving land. Hidden in these jungles are with poisonous plants, ravenous beasts, and sickening parasites. There are no known inhabitants here but these jungles hold many undiscovered secrets.

34. Falhill - A flat land covered in a dense forest filled with trees of monumental size. The area is inhabited by secluded flying creatures that have built a city hundreds of feet up in the trees. According to local legend this area is protected by the forest and any who try to harm its inhabitants will feel its wrath.

35. Throncrest - This prosperous fishing town rests on the coast of a thriving ocean ecosystem. Every local here owns a boat leaving the area cover with docks. This town is probably one of the friendliest places on Tharcs with locals always willing to help or trade with anyone passing through. When winter arrives most of the gulf freezes over forming a giant ice rink.

31. Uruk-har - This area is a frozen tundra, a barren waste land filled with ice and snow. The only structure that exists here is a small research bunker. It contains the only living thing in miles, a single old man. He is short tempered and slightly insane. He is consumed with his research of inventing a cure for a disease plagues him.
