Personally, I'm not the biggest fan of introducing external, NPC antagonists to a RPG. I really prefer the players to instigate all the drama, and with this RPG having 5 factions that should be easy enough to produce (a certain player already mused rebelling against his/her/its CO).

If you all disagree, and want a common OP enemy, some NPC generated sidequests, or any other ideas, post and share your brilliance. No idea is too dumb to share, though some may be too intelligent to comprehend.

I wouldn't object to some sidequests to get people (and COs) familiar with the scope of their actions, maybe some events to galvanize player response.

More options sounds good to me.

I have no problem with some side story stuff. I think players will start up some drama real soon...I'm sure of it. Every rpg has its villains.

I like me some side missions. Also how about some CO oriented side missions for those of us whom are the COs of our faction

I would enjoy leading a side against a common threat, things like Godzilla arriving on Thracs

I'd love the idea of sidequests. Like some possible missions posted up, and if they so choose players can decide to go on a particular mission.

Player driven sounds best to me.
