 Kagai was born to a line of vampire known by others as 'sleepers'. They where believed to be one of the unflawed races able to blend and masquerade as a member of humanity with out fear of the sun are common vampiric weaknesses. There most notable trait being the ability to create life by birthing children under the correct circumstances not by chance. As they only born son to the ruler of his race Kagai is a leader to his people by birthright not by choice. It was assumed that he would take up the role once his father dies but he has shown no desire to do so. Believing that no man is born a master or a slave kagai strives to earn his position in his own eyes before being chained in the trappings of leading others. In that pursuit when he came of appropriate age he took his teachings in combat into the field of battle where he truly strived. wielding what appeared to be a claymore like sword he took his place in a blood war against a rival vampire race known as 'Blood fairies' so named for there sparkling skin in the light of the sun. This race's leader marked any and all vampiric competition enemies of his people and sent his warrior's into battle against them. As a race who could rarely feed with out killing there victims there current corse of action seemed justified to insure there survival in there self claimed territory. The war lasted a few short years that left both races numbers massively effected. At the end of the final battle the blood fairies surviving members scattered. Some function as members of a gorilla army in neighboring area's others simply wonder. A few short years after the final battle Kagai left the trappings of his people in order to make a name for himself. He hopes to earn respect and reputation for his actions not his bloodline. The ability to blind in as one speck in the workings of a crowd had always been the dream one he achieved. As he wonders aimlessly he often wonders if his feet will carry him home again or simply to the next bar. Apparent age: mid 20's Height: 6'4" Personality: Kagai lacks the superiority complex of most born in his situation instead he attempts to be respectful of others and threat them as equals. more often then not he keeps to himself and blend in with his surrounds acting as a loner when not interacting with others who approach him. When speaking with strangers he tends to be blunt and honest but with friends are those he feels chemistry with through attraction or respect he can be sarcastic and easygoing. His size and appearance often catch they eye of those attracted to his sex as if the pheromones in his skin draws them in like moths to the flame. It is seldom that he evades female company though his attempts to keep to himself often are thwarted by the affectionate or calculating eyes of his admirers. Some would describe him as a vigilantly for his intolerance to things he finds offensive are unforgivable. The ruler in his blood takes any and all actions against what he considers innocence are victims as a personal attack that he more often then not meets with acts of violence or death. He does not seek out confrontation in the bars he frequents but he is not averse to dealing with the drunk getting grabby are forceful with the women then and there are in more discreet locations depending on the feel of the space he is in. One of his leisurely pastimes is wondering through unsafe areas and dealing with the rif raf that attacks him are other's. Above all else he must be presented with a reason for what he does concerning vengeance by reacting to situations not starting them. On of his motivations for helping or condemning others is what he considers a healthy lust for battle. This attraction to conflict lead him to become a worrier in the first place. His observantness and open curiosity when it comes to others shaping there lives molded him into a people watcher. For better are worse that particular skill often insures his itch for a little physical contact in the worst way is often scratched. After all there can be no good with out evil and there is always someone else to take up the tittle murderer, thief, rapist, or the many other names used to describe the deeds of the wicked he attempts to punish. distinguishing marks: He has a series of royal tattoos across his forehead that serve the function of a crown showing his people the bloodline he comes from and his prince statues. He also has a brand in the shape of crown on his left shoulder that was doused in salt water to insure it scarred.
