I hate the shitty construction that goes on next to my apartment. I have to wake up at 7 AM every day, whether I like it or not. Oh, I also hate how expensive everything is in Europe.

Many viruses use IRC to communicate and spread. Therefore most IT people block normal IRC connections, you can however typically use SSL through IRC to connect to something. Try clicking the SSL option on your IRC and connecting with port 6697 for irc.blufudge.net. It should fix this issue.
