Hey guys. Just figured I throw out some ideas me and Sean have kicked around in irc.
1. Massive group duel once we hook up to gain vp.
2. Afterwards we'd head to 0 days to earth ( The area Luna II is at ) to build 3 mines
3. Then we'd move to 1 day from Earth and build more. ( the area where side 7 is. )
4. We assemble a fleet and see what the Zeon space forces are doing.
Honestly our biggest threat is Chan aka Moneybags. Knowing him he'll spend the first few weeks building mines to gain additional money. So we need to take a similar tactic if we wish to keep up. Afterward we should either consider attacking a zeon npc space fleet at 2 days from earth.. If we manage to take one out the now unoccupied EFSF fleet has the chance of catching chan in a patrol as he moves about the area(this means if Chan moves into the area the fleet might attack him) . Or we could try to capture Texas colony and turn it into a fortress. Anyway please comment and stuff so we can hammer out a plan before the game gets underway.

We should consider if we do go to build these mines, we should build them on or near established bases for protection against ZMF attempts to destroy them.

I think I'll go with you guys for a while, safety in numbers and all, but asking me to pool all my money, even if it is a good suggestion, is completely against my character, so I won't be able to help with that.

Daren and myself reached the conclusion that the first day will be used for either dueling or travel. You guys at Green Noah could duel each other since you the only ones there.
Daren and myself will make shop purchases to begin our first fleet the following day and we should all begin travel(Daren suggest 1 day from earth I think) so we can all link up and go Zeek hunting.
So who wants to kick my ass in a duel ;D

Just letting you guys know I'll be throwing up a few ideas and a revised time table based on what me and Blackmage have talked about. It should be up some time early tomorrow night when I get home from classes. So everyone get your nit picking tools out. XD

Heres an alternate timeline me and BM through together.
Week 1
Day 1: Everyone mhttp://oywrpg4.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=effgeneral&action=post&thread=1654&page=1oves to 1+. So everyone at 2+ will move to 1+ and those at green noah simpely leave green noah.
2. Massive duel to 1+
Then we see what zeon space has done
Their our two versions of the alternate shopping list.
First version.
Columbus 550 rp
Public 220 rp
15x Saberfish 255 rp
total: 1025 rp
Second version
Salamis 880 rp
2x Salamis refit 440 rp
public 220 rp
2x GM E 314 rp
total: 1854
Now the first fleet is cheaper and me and Blackmage could put it together with just us probably. However the second choice is a much more modern and powerful choice. However it will require everyones rp to pull off.
This alternate time table also puts the mine building on the back burner for the time being.
So please comment and discuss cause we need to plan what we're going to do.
