Alright I'm going to throw some numbers together of what we have now and what we'll make as a whole. I'll also show what we'll make should we go with the mine strategy.
RP Weekly Now

Risky. While installations at 0+ would help us control orbit... Well, actually, they're a little feasible if Luna II patrols them. Still, I'd love to be able to give them defenses.
They're vulnerable. They're assets just waiting to be taken by Chan. I suggest we first orbit asteroid mines around the Green cluster, and see if we can station 3 more at Side 7. Then perhaps more mines...but I propose building a full on fortress at L3 (or L5, wherever Side 7 used to be). Alternatively, we could try building inside Side 7, but L5's less likely to be scouted.

Heres the plan.
Week One
Day 1: For the first day we shall all head to 0+ space also if everyone could please transfer your rp to me.
Day 2: On day 2 I will send BM and Altoh 350 rp each.
Day 3: On day 3 we will reach 0+ where myself, BM, and Altoh will each build a mine. Lat and Swoz should arrive at 0+ at this time.
Day 4: On day 4 myself, BM, and Altoh will move off the mines back to 0+.
Week Two
Day 1: At the start of week 2 everyone should once again transfer their rp to me and we'll spar or duel.
Day 2: On the second day of week 2 we will buy our fleet. Thats as far as things go as we'll need to see what the zeeks have been up too. I put together some numbers so people can see what we have planned.

Heres a few of the potential options. We either attack the Bomer fleet at 2+. We build more mines at 1+. or we engage Chan's fleet.
