Week 3 Ground Campaign Potential Actions

So ideas have been brewing in the mind of Dan.

Here they are:

Post Malta the fleet should be broken up to allow more fronts of the war. Keeping an eye on the 42nd like we have been and continuing to bring the war to them.

Please be aware I may be biased on this: My unit is not made to do things with a Gaw. Panzers can board ships to try take overs ect, but when mobile suits are involved I have a feeling it will just be ugly. U-99 should avoid direct MS combat.

Also, having subs in the fleet with the Gaw would block the Gaw from paradroping targets.

Now getting onto ideas of actual plans:

The Gaw should immediately dispatch from Europe, move into North Africa (Friendly Territory) and paradrop the Resource mine lost last week. This will surely piss the EF off, negating any strip mining and repairs they need so badly. Any TAF not injured can join in a Zaku. The 42nd has no MS but a sniper, and no aircraft type with a quanity of more than 2. While in air support you guys are not maxed, this can be looked into if you do want to follow this attempt. I have a feeling you could do well attacking the target. The Officer's Medea is damaged and likely on the ground attempting those repairs, with another being lightly damaged as well.

Other things the Gaw could do to entertain it's time would include patrol knocking in South America. Rainstorms are there currently and having a detector above the cloud lines with it and bombing the shit out of the floor should be effective. Load it full of NPCs for free leveling. All PCs who are onboard and injured would gain 1vp per attack, all noninjured but repairing would man another suit and net half gains.

Xavier has his options, I have not spoken to him about any of them, perhaps he has his own.

Manila is under seige, he has a large compliment of Aquatic MS and could arrive there before the Aqua GM is finished repairing.

He can also patrol farm.

I plan to do that. Single sub moving into the Atlantic is my plan, lessens patrol chances, but once there take out some tin cods with the sub and level 0 Zaku II Js.
