I believe he can pilot one of the npc GM E's at 1/2 vp. He said he checked with Ket or was going to. Anyway if worse comes to worse he doesn't fight and still gets a little vp for being in the fleet.

You can fight while damaged, he just won't be as effective.

Also as a note. The plan for the attack is the one from before. Just modified slightly to take into account Cima's lesser forces. The biggest change is that their will be only one mobile suit squadron led by the Gundam to attack the remaining 4 zaku's.
