Alright folks. Maybe I should have charged in today. However, if we had charged in with the shape we were in, I believe that one of us may not have survived the Zaku S and Z'Gok. I stand by that call, even if Dan's Jukon is now in the area, so here's what we're doing tomorrow.
The fleet has four available mobile suit slots (one on the Platypus, and the three extra granted to a fleet), nine aircraft slots on the Arianrhod, and six miscellaneous vehicle slots for a fleet. I will be buying six Depp Rogs to fill in aircraft slots.
Jack Murphy. Please do not be inactive now. I'll send you and e-mail with some orders in hopes you get this. I'd like you, if you could, to purchase two GMs and two GM Divers.
Our forces will be split here. Myself and Bigby Wolfe will lead the ground attack. Prior to that, there will be a last shelling and bombing by our bombardment forces, and the Depp Rogs. It can't hurt (us). I also suspect they may sally forth, in an attempt to sandwich us between Jukon, and the bombardment would hurt them if they do. With the two standard GMs in support, we can handle the Zaku and Z'Gok. If they've holed up, well, we'll just burst in to them and still win.
Hirsch will hang back with the GM Divers. If the Z'Gok sorties underwater to catch us with our pants down, you can intercept it, as well as act as our defense screen if the Jukon strikes. The Don Escargots will again be flying around looking for aquatic stuff to murder.
The only thing I'm not fully sure on is what to do with Aurem and Jack. Jack's Guntank is a bit unwieldly in a firefight, but the guns could still be handy. Alternately, he could hold back and be in the initial shelling. Aurem would be handy either at the front, or providing direct sniper fire support if we do engage the Zaku/Z'Gok in visible range. Plus if they hang back, they can do what they can to help drive off the Jukon.
Thoughts on the last point, or the plan overall?
