“What the hell??”
The pacific exploded over him and a solid sheet of water engulfed Bigby’s optical sensors. At the same time a tidal wave just as large washed over his mind. His first thought was to fire back. Then he realized that his suit was still in need of repairs, so he decided to take a defensive stance and raise his arm shield; but then what. Bigby’s mind reeled as he came up with more possibilities. Scenario after scenario ran through his head, but then the seldom heard voice of reason yelled for his attention.
WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU GOING ON ABOUT, YOUR FIGHTING ON A BOAT , WATER SPLASHES ALL THE DAMN TIME AND YOUR SENSORS WILL BE FINE ANY SECOND, JUST TURN AND POINT YOUR FREAKIN GUN AT THE LOUD NOISE THAT WASN’T THERE A SECOND AGO.
Before he knew it Bigby was firing on the Zeeks mobile armor but it was obvious that 100mm rounds weren’t enough to save them now. The armor launched all it had at the Arianrhod…

A women cries in a corner of a farm house kitchen, but she’s to busy trying to calm her baby boy to nurse her own bloody nose and swollen lips.
“WOMEN I TOLD YOU TO SHUT THAT DAMN CHILD UP!”
“He’s only crying because you’re makin such a raucous.” Even though she’s been beaten far past anyone’s limit, her voice is as light as a whisper and as still as steady as a stream. The child responds to the calm in her voice and his screams settled to a whimper. “Please just go sit in the living room and I’ll bring your dinner to you.”
“BITCH IF I NEED YOU TO TELL ME HOW LIVE MY GOD DAMN LIFE I WOULDA ASKED!”
The man started moving towards the two, but before he could assert whatever heinous act he had come up with, the backdoor flew open. Standing in the doorway was a teenage boy, in his hand he held a handgun that he found hidden in the barn. The room fell silent as he raised the weapon and pointed it directly at his fathers heart.
“Get out right now or I will kill you.” his words were pressed through clinched teeth.
Don’t let him see you shake, if he does he’ll know how scared you are. Maybe I should hold it with two hands, maybe I should move between him and mom. NO! That’ll put him to close to me and he might take the gun, but if I don’t he might try to use her as a shield.
With the power of liquid courage in his veins his father started forward and with a confident smirk he began taunting the boy. “Oh looks like your little BOY thinks he’s big and bad because he’s found a gun. Now can he MAN up and use it or is he just gonna stand there and huff and puff, hopin I just blow over.”
“I said leave. Don’t make me kill you.”
I can do this, he’s supposed to get scared and back off, why won’t he just leave. Some one please help me, what should I do next…
DAMNIT JUST PULL THE TRIGGER, YOU KNOW HE DESERVES IT!!
The sound of the Arianrhod splitting in two and his GM splashing into the ocean brought Bigby back to the fight. What had seemed like forever had only been the few seconds it had taken for the light of the explosions that threw him from the deck of the carrier to disappear from his field of vision. Now that thinks had gotten entirely to real for his liking Bigby sought to clear the air a bit…
“Say Lieutenant does this mean the siege is over?”
