The EF rule is supposed to be space Battleships only. Jojo found this error last week and I am a retard and haven't been changing it, it's a typo.
The Zeon rule applies to all Battleships.

Does Zeon MA rule mean that you can only tow an MA, or can you use that slot for an MS?
It wouldn't make sense to use it for infantry or cargo, and it's even a stretch for a MS, but I thought I'd ask.
EDIT: Now that I've read the rules again, it's phrased that with the EF rule, it's "any mobile weapon," whereas the Zeon MA rule says "mobile armor." So I guess that means shut up, Cid.

On a related note, does the "10 Balls per Fed Fleet" apply to Rogue fleets too?
