Figured as I helped to get the armaments of every other infantry unit out there, I'd go ahead and post up what Rangers equip, in game.
Sidearm: HK USP .45 Tactical
Assault Rifle: HK 416 Assault Rifle/Carbine
Support Rifle: HK417 Assault Rifle
All weapons are able to fit a silencer, the 416 and 417 being modular designs that can be adapted to fit the situation. The 416 is in a smaller caliber (5.56x45mm) than the 417 (7.76x51mm). The 417 isn't a true sniper rifle, but more of a tactical marksman's weapon, used primarily to support from an intermediate distance. Additional options for the rifles include: Underbarrel grenade launchers, night vision scopes, optical scopes and collapsible bipods for the 417.
Seeing as this is a commando unit, I chose not to select an anti-armor weapon. It would be more likely that they would plant explosives or booby traps to deal with mobile suits. Besides, a rocket isn't very stealthy.
