I apologize for such an odd message, but it's best you don't know who I am. Let's just say I have the Federation's interests close to heart. I have heard tales of skilled individuals haunting the mining lanes of the Asteroid Belt, and after much investigation, I believe you may be the leader of this group of modern pirates. While I did not find conclusive evidence that was admissible in a Federation Court, I did find several documents, reports, and items that cast quite the shadow of suspicion on you, and an active investigation may make your life troubled, as remote as you are.
As a show of goodwill, and to encourage a profitable working relationship between us, I have destroyed these records.
Now, I have an offer for such talented gentlemen as yourselves, in return for a service worthy of individuals of your caliber. In return for a detailed report on the mining asteroid known as AXIS, and any Zeon defenses or disposition of forces, as well as any data you can obtain on internal activities, I am prepared to forward to you 300 RP, as well as a standing offer to covertly sell you Federation ships for no more than the cost to produce them, for as long as you are not overtly hostile to the Federation.
Mobile suits are not on the table, but they are not out of the question, should things prove to be mutually beneficial.
