It has come to my attention that the Earth Federation is attempting to recruit rogues for the purposes of scouting Axis. We have made contact with these rogues, and have reached a financial agreement that will result in the individuals in question supplying a falsified report to the Federation with regards to Axis.
Therefore, I would like to request that Axis lower its defenses temporarily and cease detainment of rogues in the area so as to not alert the Federation to our plot. I will take personal responsibility from any resulting negative consequences of this operation.
