This is being posted, simultaneously, on both the officer forums and the regular Zeon forums. We could be a little pressed for time, so I was hoping to get the word out early (before OYW updates Wednesday). Plus, I kind of feel like we dropped the ball when it came to including non-officers in the previous plans for East Asia, and in my experience it's always better to have a dozen more sets of eyes.
So 'ere goes...

After a whirlwind of confusion and miscommunication, I think we’re ready to propose and discuss a combined Zeon ground strategy. And because acronyms are cool, and we like to spell stuff with “k”, I have dubbed it the: Combined Operation Combat Korps. If someone can help me think of a good way of incorporating B.I.G. in front of the word, I’d be very appreciative. “Ground” would necessarily be used for “G,” but I’m running dry on “B” and “I”.
Again – heh, heh.
Basically, our overall strategy would be similar to what we arrived at on Sunday. The only difference is that instead of Trailblazer’s Atlantic Bridge, we’d be attacking Europe outright. One group would operate in East Asia, where the Federation has decided to rally most of its terrestrial presence. Another (larger) task force would focus on Europe – first capturing Malta, and then turning their sights on Belfast.
Europe
Matthew has stated he’d be okay with going after Malta, and is ready to attack as early as Monday. Here’s how I hope we can coordinate stuff…
Thursday –
1) Dragon moves into attack position *.
2) Any of Matthew’s people not on Dragon move to Europe.
3) Dan and Ryocha move from Central Asia to Europe.
4) U-99 moves from Constantinople to Europe.
5) RP transfer en masse to Ando Shoji **,***.
* I’m not 100% familiar with the concept of Gaws attacking across borders. I’m going off of what Chris and Matthew stated. If we’re incorrect, this will need to be adjusted.

These combined forces should be adequate to take Malta, in my opinion. If this is an incorrect assumption, and it needs to be tweaked, please do say so.
East Asia
There aren’t a lot of concrete thoughts on what we can do in East Asia yet. We were fully prepared to abandon the territory only six hours ago, but cooler heads prevailed. We’ve decided to continue to work in East Asia, if only to cause as much damage and bloodshed amongst the Earth Federation ranks as possible.
The EF have committed the lion’s share of their troops to this region. We’re hoping to use no more than four men and some generous resource sharing to make it a bitch for them to take, while the remainder of our boys concentrate on Europe. No offense to the rest of you, but I’m hoping Tian and Andrew are willing to aide Chris and I in this mission, if only because they’re repairing now and wouldn’t be able to participate in Malta. Plus I <3 you both.
The (very loose) idea in East Asia is as follows…
1) Temporary retreat into Central Asia.
2) Pool our RP in Chris’s hands *.
3) Chris buys a Gaw, or Gaws if we can get enough money.
4) We use said Gaw(s) to launch cross-border attacks from Central Asia (yay Tri-Stars!), targeting player-characters and any fleets they try to amass.
* This is how I’d appreciate the RP to factor out…

This would help us out here immensely. Of course, if your MS teams take a dramatic hit (or you don't have an MS team to begin with and you want one) please feel free to spend the RP on yourselves.

I hesitate to create an exact shopping list, because I’d prefer to hear feedback on whether or not people mind donating to the East Asia effort, and whether or not they’d mind us purchasing 2 Gaws instead of 1.
At the very least, we’ve got an L4I Ship Captain (Marina) to man one of the Gaws, so that does save on some of the budget.
Okay all, that’s the proposal. If you could please leave feedback, or at least confirm whether or not you’re on board, I’d really appreciate it. Of paramount importance is figuring out how to coordinate it so that the Malta people can get their second Gaw in time for the offensive.
And obviously, I realize this is short notice. So if we need to slow things down a bit, I'm sure a delay of one day won't hurt things too much. We do have all next week to plot.
