Here's a working list of the RP we're going to have, as of Monday, December 7th. I figure everything we get over the next two weeks will go into the three theaters that are forming: Europe, Africa and East Asia. Since we'll have a large pool of funds divided amongst these three groups, I think we should spend the next week and a half trying to make sure the proper RP gets into the proper hands. This will make sure our bases are fortified, our MS teams sufficiently replenished, and we lay the foundations for future offensives (namely Belfast, and perhaps SE Asia HQ).

I know East Asia wants a Gaw, and possibly a Jukon. I think we should trade 1250 RP out of the East Asia fund, and just send Stilva to Central Asia when it's done repairing. I'll pick it up, and we can utilize that in our guerilla war. Chris wants to pick up a Jukon. Not sure how I feel about that. On the one hand, we need to get Marina in a ship, because that's an asset we need to keep leveling. It wouldn't serve to put her in the Stilva, since it's already got an L4 Captain, and that'd be wasteful. However, Jukons seem to get blowed out of the water in just about every event. Seems like that money would better serve at Manila, reinforcing the base and making it that much harder for the Federation to gain an ouce of ground in the region. But... yeah... The point still stands that we need to get Marina in some sort of ship.
In terms of MS teams, I think Chris needs two aquatic MS to compliment his Z'Gok. My Doms have held out fine so far; for the obvious reason that I need character development, but also so Donny and Hugo don't end up as so much cannon fodder, I'm hoping to crank up my RPing a bit. It's simply not RP efficient to lose the Doms and the pilots at this point ^_^. I believe Andrew has no desire for an MS team. Tian might want to pick up a pair of Dodai to replace those he lost attacking the Hillock. And Daniel/Duncan should be fine. He's got an L4 Zaku K and a Rhinocerous on the way (I assume -- what else would he choose from the 3rd place prizes?).
Even with all of that, we should be able to transfer funds from East Asia into the other regions, if that proves necessary.

Africa wants to rebuild RF-4 and see about replenishing its MS teams after Malta. Turning RF-4 into a working fortification will cost 275 RP. We'll also want to beef up its defenses significantly.
Draco is doing okay in terms of his MS team, as far as I can see. Yay Rhett! Janadian is in need of friends badly. Might want to purchase a couple Doms, since (as Draco mentioned, and Frenzy elaborated) the Africa Korps will be going up against the Blue Destiny and its A-1 brigade. Zero is also going to need a team, and Doms are probably a good bet there as well. Obviously we don't want you all just using Doms, but we also wouldn't want to waste RP on stuff that's just going to get murdered by those tanks. Then Zero's friend who's joining should be able to get a decent MS team with the starting RP.
So Africa comes down to rebuilding RF-4, stocking it with defenses, and rebuilding MS teams.

Europe seems to be a lot like Africa: fortify a base, rebuild MS teams. Then there's the added goal of getting enough RP together to launch an offensive on Belfast, but I imagine that'll be funded almost entirely by the War Factory, current ships, and the two or three paychecks following December 7th.
As always, I'm hoping someone will talk to Orichi and get him to donate that chunk of inactive cash. It'd go a long way towards getting us a jumpstart in the area.
We want to get a War Factory for Malta. Since that's an investment that pays off over time, I think it's our number one goal. It'll pay for itself by the time we get to Belfast, so why not go ahead and slam down the cash?
Matthew is in need of an MS team. Same goes for Ender. Ryocha's got the one Zaku II F, but will need at least another MS to supplement. Yuji is the Apsalus, so he might be okay flying solo for now. Not too sure what Dan wants; do you prefer all Panzergrenadiers in your team, or MS to help out?
I think the priority for purchases should be: First, War Factory for Malta; Second, MS Teams; Third, replenish Malta's defenses. This is assuming you all would be okay with hanging around Malta for a week or so, and your MS teams could supply an inherent defense to the base. If that's not the case, perhaps we could discuss doing a balance of MS teams and replenishing Malta? After all, I don't want to force people to be glued to a base for the next two or three weeks of the RPG. Only so much sparring you can do. Plus, y'know, if we could throw all five or six of you at White Base in North America...
So yeah. The bill in Europe is going to be pretty hefty. Again, I'm hoping the East Asia people can "buy" the Stilva and its captain to help out here.

Once all of this money is accounted for and dispersed, our three different regions should be okay for the following couple weeks. Paychecks in the weeks following can be used to further bolster our positions, as well as start accumulating RP for the attack on Belfast.
