Okay then, let's start off by listing what personnel we are working with:

Just listing these since I believe (based on what I've read up until now, unless I'm mistaken) that Rhett Paruta, Marko Dresner, and Noelle Everett are heading to Africa, and Duncan Keystone is headed to East Asia. So, looks like a skeleton crew to defend Malta for the moment, although in theory that shouldn't be too much of a problem (myself and Aspalas are both out for a week+, though).

So like I said, Noelle Everett is planning on leaving. I was going to propose that she take one of the Zaku II K's from Dragon as part of her MS team / escort, since she's been on Dragon for literally 2-3 weeks now and one of the Zaku II K's was part of her MS team, originally. I think the Luggan was as well.
Finally, we get to Malta itself:

Okay, here is what I would like to happen this week:
Expenses
Repair Airfield (Malta) - 50 RP.
Repair Barracks (Malta) - 50 RP.
Repair Port (Malta) - 100 RP.
1x Targeting Facility (Malta) - 400 RP.
4x Marines (Malta) - 40 RP.
1x Luggun (Malta) - 50 RP.
7x Dopp (Malta) - 140 RP.
4x Zaku II K (Malta) - 300 RP
1x Marines (Dragon) - 10 RP.
2x Magella (Dragon) - 40 RP.
3x Dopp (Dragon) - 60 RP.
Total - 1240 RP
I'd like to both repair Malta and build it up a little to repel any attack, as any potential attack on Belfast is going to take at least a month to prepare imo. I'm not sure when we're actually going to have access to these resources (and furthermore, enough for a War Factory, since we're not getting paid this weekend).
Just as a side note, what I would like to see happen when we do eventually take Belfast is either a coordinated land, sea, and air attack that utilizes massive artillery shelling, Dobdays, and urban combat as much as possible, or using a combined land, sea, and air fleet to besiege the base.
