Okay. An idea sprang to mind while I was replying to Matthew's post.
Xavier Brennan is repairing 1 day. He is currently located at Odessa. He has 2341 RP in his possession.
The plan right now is to send 1250 RP to Europe in exchange for the Stilva. However, the Stilva won't be fully repaired and in Central Asia for another week (and that's assuming Malta has the facilities to operate on it and the Dragon simultaneously).
So hear me out!
Tuesday
Xavier Brennan moves from Odessa to Central Asia. He transfers 260 RP to Alain Grace. This leaves Xavier with 2081 RP. Alain Grace has 360 RP.
Alain Grace sends FFA prize (Gaw Recon Type) to Central Asia.
Wednesday
Xavier Brennan purchases 1 x Gaw. He puts Marina on as captain of the Gaw *. He buys 8 x Dopp for that Gaw. This leaves Xavier with 671 RP. He buys 2 x L2 Acguy for 400 RP. This leaves him with 271 RP.
Alain Grace purchases 8 x Dopp and an L3 captain for the Gaw Recon Type. Alain Grace is left with 0 RP.
Xavier Brennan boards the new Gaw. Aldo P. Armistad boards the new Gaw. This equips the Gaw with 1 x Z'Gok (Xavier), 2 x L2 Acguy, 1 x Dom S (Aldo | Not Operational), and 2 x L4 Dom.
Xavier Brennan does a Paradrop Action into the Pacific Ocean from Central Asia. Alain Grace emails to have the Gaw Recon Type do the same. The target is EFGF 3rd Naval Convoy. Xavier buys 2 x Flight Support for 100 RP (since we're purchasing it in friendly territory). This leaves Xavier Brennan with 171 RP.
With the jamming capabilities of the Gaw Recon Type, and our sheer numbers, patrols should not be a problem. We should land smack dab in the middle of their fleet, and two Gaws and our level of flight support and mobile suits against two Hillocks will not end well for the Naval Convoy no matter how you crunch the numbers.
Upon victory, we are awarded a cool 1000 RP credit **.

The next day we move back to Central Asia. Given how handily we should outnumber our foes in the Pacific, I can't imagine we'll have much damage to worry about.
Monday
So the following update we do one of two things: we paradrop into the Indian and attack their Naval Convoy, or we paradrop into East Asia and try and wipe out any fleet (in conjunction with Duncan, Alain and Persephone) that they've attempted to turn against Malta.
If we succeed in the Indian, again, we've got another 1000 RP credit ***. This one I would certainly want to send to Europe.

Tuesday, we take stock of where we sit. If the Gaws have been too severely damaged from two battles without repairs, we retreat to a facility and get them fixed. If not, we can either return to Central Asia and launch an operation into East Asia (again using cheap air support), or we jump into North or South Africa. From there, we could do another paradrop into the Atlantic, and wipe out the final Naval Convoy.
That's 3000 RP in a week's worth of actions, if all goes smoothly enough. Not a bad haul at all.
* I know it's not ideal, since she's been roleplayed as a marine officer, but this would only be a "temporary assignment" (I mean fsck, Char captained damn near everything...).
** We can send that money to Europe to help with the War Factory the following week, or go ahead and purchase Xavier's Jukon and transfer Marina back to her rightful place unda' da sea.
*** This one I would certainly want to send to Europe.
