Yes, but they cannot do much to a plane that's flying at 20,000 feet. Unless airborne themselves.

I don't think we'll be able to start the siege today since the Blackhawk is still at SE Asia HQ so we could only form a fleet with the 2 Hillocks and the Medea.

I can't actually figure out where the Platypus is. It says its in Southeast Asia. Not SEA HQ, not East Asia, somewhere in the middle. So depending on where I actually left that, it may still be stuck in SEA HQ as well.
