Judging by the picture, the Admirals run on treds and it doesn't say anywhere in their description that they are hovercraft...So..My question is are the Admiral A-1's Hovercraft? The description of it says they are treated as Land-class ships, so that's what I'm going off of.

Admiral A-1s are not hovercrafts and do indeed follow land battleship rules.
They can move between the two Artics and then move down into Europe. or North America as needed as this is allowed in the rules.

Ah. You might want to update
That to make it more clear then. It's kinda misinforming/confusing, cause technically landships 'can' move between West Arctic and Europe by way of East Arctic.

....Yeah it is. The East Arctic is between the West Arctic and Europe, if you can travel from Europe to the West Arctic or the West Arctic to Europe in any way or form, you are traveling between the West Arctic and Europe. Even if you are using the East Arctic as a way to get there.

No, it's travelling between West Arctic and East Arctic, and then travelling between East Arctic and Europe.
At no point is it travelling between West Arctic and Europe.
