Things are a bit of a mess, but they are still salvagable. So here's what's going on.
Arden Massenfer - Join the Siege, bring the Black Hawk into the fleet. It'll take me time to get the Himalaya now, and we need the forces and hangar space of the Big Tray to even survive today. It can split from the fleet later if we need, but it is very necessary that it join today.
Jim Irwin - Join the fleet/siege. The Big Tray does have vehicle slots still open.
Jay Tessa - Join the siege, but not the fleet yet. Same as Hursch is doing already.
Jack Murphy - Go to either the Pacific or Indian ocean. I'll wire you RP to buy the Himalaya.
Jack Verse - Paradrop with the Desert Striker to join the attack. That should be able to get you in on this action.
Aurem Senaiha/Hirsch Munchek/Cray Vermillion - Hang tight. The you'll be going along with the siege action, which I'm thinking will again start off with holding back and using ranged weapons. Aurem will snipe, Hirsch will defend the Hillocks with the GM Divers, and Cray can hang around the Big Tray.

Jack Verse - Use the Desert Striker to paradrop into the asault, with yourself in there as well.

My thoughts: We are going to need a bit of luck with tonight's attack. They have a total of 16 mobile suit units against our 13 mobile suits. Their level 5 Gouf and level 64 Gouf will definitely be trouble for our units. Xavier and his team of amphibious suits also have the possibility of either entering in the fray or taking out one of our PCs still in East Asia (I would assume he'd go for Jarvis since he's an officer). If we fail to destroy or capture Manila, we will also face a Gaw that could potentially bring a trio of Doms (one PC unit) and Panzergrenadier (PC), thus dragging this base attack even longer and restocking Manila over the weekend.
We will need the Black Hawk to spearhead the attack on the base. Rather than have our mobile suits go to them, we should have our mobile units guard the Big Tray as it advances with its MPCs. We should use our four aquatic suits to guard the Hillocks from Goggs and potential PC amphibious team. The two destroyers will be pounding the base from the ports. Hopefully my scouting will help in this endeavor.
I discussed with Advocate about the possibility of sending Jarvis Ackart's RP to Jack Verse who is currently in the Pacific and able to buy ships. I would recommend Verse buy the Himalaya, stock it with Tin Cods and bombers and travel to Manila with it.
OR...Kyle travels to the Pacific, buys the Himalaya fully stocked and brings it to Manila. It would mean an extra day of travel, but at least we will have the GMPGT.
The Himalaya should be our insurance policy.
Edit: We can also hire Tylatz to infiltrate and blow the base from within. Toss 100 RP or 200 his way, and he will be very happy. As you can tell, I really want to destroy this base as soon as possible.

I wouldn't trust Jack Murphy (Flession) with buying the Himalaya since he's not always active. Kyle, why don't you just buy another Big Tray. Ships may only be purchased in friendly territory. Hence the problem, It has to be someone outside. |

You will then bring this Himalaya to Manila and join our fleet...we will use the carrier in case we don't take over the base today.
TONIGHT: We will need for you to travel tonight to the Pacific Ocean.
TOMORROW: You will receive instructions tomorrow with what purchases we need you to make. You will also travel to Manila that same day.

I asked to join the fleet last night so I have no idea why the Black Hawk didn't. all that happened was I moved to East Asia, I'll resend my email to join again.
