If everybody would please check the Fed Shop page, I added a blurb at the very top listing out all the purchasing rules.

ATM those rules are split between the Rules page (Non actions - purchases) and the individual headers of shop sections. I'm wondering if putting it at the top of the shop threads is easier for everybody.

Personally, I think it mars my beautiful sprite-laden shops with ugly short lines of text, but that's just me :<
