So, I just had a wild and crazy idea, shoot me down if it is lame.
Obviously, I am planning on a Christmas FFA or something similar. We need to give out more prizes.
But a few people recently have taken interest in my Naruto RPG blueprints on planetzebes, and I was wondering if we wanted to do something a little bit more in-depth for Christmas and New Years.
What if we had a Naruto RPG tournament. I could give everybody 100 training points or whatever, and you all make ninjas, and then we do a bunch of single elimination duels. Top 3 get OYW prizes.
It would be less RANDOM, and much more involved writing wise, but it might be more fun too.
Thoughts?

I like it! Although it sucks since it means Medical Ninjas would likely be at a disadvantage and anything else like those who specialize in scouting would suffer. So the goal is just Battle Ninjas?

I do not like Naruto, and I feel this may be an unfair advantage for people that have either knowledge of Naruto-universe, or experience with the mechanics.
I do not believe that knowldge about Naruto should impact the gameplay of a Gundam-based game.

I agree with Latooni.
Personally, I find the show extremely dull, ninjas boring, their magic annoying and the world itself just plain.. uninspired.

I've got nothing against Naruto, but I like to keep my ninjas and mechs separate. So I agree more with Latooni.

I vote no for similar reasons to Latooni and Radune.
I don't know the mechanics of your Naruto RPG and I dislike the show.
You already make my characters yell "Believe it!" in every FFA. Isn't that enough Naruto for you?

It's up to you, sounds kind of fun if a lot of work.
As long as one side doesn't win all three prizes I have no problem with it.

I love it. It sounds like a ton of fun!
Instead of creating ninjas how about we just apply our stats which ever way we want to our own characters?

While I think it would be a fun and potentially hilarious idea, I can understand all the naysayers.
