Gave out another round of bonuses for RPing, first of all.
Also, I've done my research into who is and is not contributing to the side forums, and these are my decisions.
Demotions:
Noelle Everett
Yuji Takeshi
Robin Sayer
Yuji is now on repeat. It's in a sides best interests to encourage participation from everybody, demotions means less RP for the group, and it's not any fun. I'd suggest encouraging input from everybody on the side boards, and getting people to check in as often as possible.
Another note on this is that if you're going to be gone for an extended period of time, you need to tell me about it so I won't think you're not posting because you're not trying to be helpful to your side.
Promotions:
Aldo P. Armistad
Marcus hasn't been making all of Zeons ground plans, but what he has been doing is encouraging the in-depth discussion of all of them. He pulls in ideas from all over the group, organizes plans for people in friendly and easy to comprehend ways, and asks a lot of questions. He is really assuming a position of leadership amidst the group, so I think he deserves a higher rank.
EFs officer forums have picked up considerably since I fined them, which makes me happy. I know Jojo has been working at this consciously.
I am severely disappointed by the way of the lack of Rogues who are not Cid or Tylatz' ability to use the Black Market forums. There's a dozen or so good deals on there that nobody is taking or even responding to. I know that a lot of the deals that do go on with Rogues are done in secret in IRC and stuff. You will not get bonuses to diplomacy unless you do your deals over the forums.
