Can't move it. I already asked Ket as I originally wanted to move texas to 1E.

I asked him if I repaired it could I move it. And I believe his response was no moving texas or something like that. But your free to double check if you want.

What is it with you and causing mass casulty events? Didn't we already have this debate with nukes? I/m not busting your balls or anything but this would be worser then your plan with nukes.
I think it was you that brought up the ideal of using nukes to cause trouble. If I'm wrong I apologize. This is still off the wall madness and I'm begining to wonder if you groun pounders are even sane? If I'm questioning someones sanity something is a miss.

Hey BM maybe we should buy a colony booster and move texas to 1E. It'd be safer there and it might shift 1e into our territory.

I think it's just a holdover from our the days (and all four previous runs) where Jojo and I were Zeon. Colony dropping = awesome.

Oh don't worry about it one bit BM, I am quite fine. I asked Ketara anyhow what would happen, he said the other side would get cheap nukes and we would probably drop to rank 1, so its.... interesting.... but not worth it...
