As part of "Operation PINBALL", I've begun writing up drafts for attack plans against the Blex Fleet. Fortunately, we can easily adjust these for the Disco Fleet since they have about the same number and types of ships (1 heavy, two light escorts, and two carrier transports). What do you guys think (I know it pretty much only Frenzy but I'm sure the other officers look at space threads once in a while)?

Would we have sufficient forces to surround them? Not necessarily with ships, but if we force them to keep their attention on all directions at once, it might lessen the casulties we take.

Might be hard to get that positioning on them with a L6 fleet commander. Who knows, though. o.o
Attack plan seems fine. Probably going to lose a ton of your NPC suits any way you go (except perhaps, like Frenzy said, if you were able to force a panic / rout with surrounding), but you've got so many PCs and ships that you should be able to overcome their seemingly very competent leadership.

The Tivvay is one of the fastest ships in the game so I'm hoping it can outflank the enemy while the Fed fleet is (understandably) concerned about the slow Gwazine.

Taking the STS-14 out before we really mix it up will also help. I'm not sure of the range on a Gwazine's main guns or the Schnee Weiss's bits, but taking those 10 GM Es out before all or most of them launch will give us the upper hand in terms of NPCs.

We still outnumber them into of pure MS numbers, but yeah, maybe the artillery services, Schnee Weiss bits, or Braw Bro blasts will nail it.
Hmmm, we maybe not so much Schnee Weiss. Kuriboh's still getting used to the machine.

We do outnumber them, but minimizing casulties is a good idea, as it means less to replace later on.

True, but we shouldn't be afraid to take losses to accomplish our goals. I don't want to be another Disco Fleet/Bomer Fleet example but this won't be a cakewalk.

And now we should factor into account your new specialization.
Logistics - 1 free service in every battle outside enemy territory. Does not count towards service maximum.
We can either call in a third artillery service or us a MS service.

Or we can use a balloon service, which in my opinion is the most expensive/wasterful of RP of the space services.
While TECHNICALLY I can spam enough balloons to fill the void of space thanks to the "free" definition, I'm going to keep it reasonable enough to just confuse the enemy. The purpose behind the Balloon service is to keep the enemy fleet distracted as the Tivvay uppercuts them from below.

Well, more like to make every ship in our fleet accountable plus some extras.

Of course, until we know the damages from the attack, not to mention I'm reluctant to leave them alone at 3DE, we can only plan.
Though I suspect any major movement to take on the EFSF's fleets will draw them out if they're smart.
