It is kind of Christmas still so I'm gonna make this quick.
RPing contest
Runner up is Chris, whose posts with Marina still continue to be touching and meaningful. I'm really liking our SS this run, it's fun to show the humanity behind the monster. Of the same vein, the winner of the contest is Dan, for his pretty great story of childhood Ritter.
2nd place - Xavier Brennan, 100 RP
1st place - Ritter Novosad, Interrogation Specialization
Planning contest
Runner up for this contest is Gaplant, who has been going out of his way to make a lot of detailed posts for the ground pounders. There's a thread in Zeon command which is I'm guessing about 20 pages of text on future plans, and Gaplant has been working really hard on it. So has Marcus, but I already gave him a promotion for much the same thing.
Grand prize goes to Latooni out of left field, who is actually getting the EFSF to post and discuss things. So far the EFSF has been the least talkative of everybody, but they're finally actually discussing things, which makes me happy. Of course, Latoonis plans are based on a lot of misconceptions about the way space combat works and his lengthy posts aren't going to help the outcome of his attack tomorrow, but I'm pretty happy they're trying at least!
2nd place - Gaplant, 100 RP
1st place - Latooni, 1 rank promotion
Profile contest
I was kind of disappointed with the outcome of this contest. Very few people actually made new posts to their profile, and a lot of the new posts I saw were disappointing. What I was looking for was better organization and maybe some unorthodox stuff attached to it, rather than just more character biographies or more data on existing characters. Runner up for this contest is Nirvash, and the winner is Chan. They were pretty much the only two people who actually did what I was looking for.
2nd prize - Nirvash, 100 RP
1st prize - Chan, Logistics Specialization
