I am sick of correcting my writers formatting errors.
I am sick of it.
If you are a backup writer, such as Jim, Tian, Atra, Draco, Nader, Cid, Jon, or anybody else who has written for me off and on, this post isn't about you.
This post is about my professional writers, not a single one of whom has EVER posted a battle that requires zero corrections.
We have sixty people waiting for our updates. I cannot start the roster updates until battles are in and their outcomes are confirmed. I also cannot be up until the wee hours of the morning every single night. The fact that I have to doublecheck and correct the SAME errors by the SAME people every single day is completely ridiculous.
There is a thread that shows correct formatting. It isn't hard to open up the sourcecode of my CORRECTED versions of your battles, or something that I have written, and see how yours is different.
I should not have to waste everybodies time by correcting your battles, and I should not have to make posts like this to make you fix your own errors.
When you do a scene break, you do two <br>'s BEFORE the ~, and one <br> AFTER.

For christs sake, USE ASCII ENCODING. If you don't understand how to make your battles not have fucked up quotations symbols, ask one of the other writers who does. I've NEVER had issues with it when I write, so I don't know what the hell you guys are doing wrong, but you're doing it wrong.
When you write outcomes, if the word DAYS is in the outcome anywhere ever, at all, it is wrong.
It is NOT 1 days repairs, it is Repairing 1
It is NOT 2 days repairs, it is Repairing 2
There is a REASON why it is this way. It is because updates can be missed, repairs can be lengthened or shortened by specializations or successive combat etcetera, and I don't want to CONFUSE people who think of it as a number of DAYS or a number of UPDATES rather than a number of POINTS.
VP gains are set and exact. Depending on which side wins and which side loses, there are RULES that say exactly how much VP everybody should get, and the lot of you almost always get them completely wrong. Please read those rules and figure it out. The part of correcting formatting that takes me the most time is checking up everybodies VP and seeing who gets 8 VP and who gets 7 because you were a lazy fuck and didn't do it yourself.
Anyway, thanks to all my writers for keeping the game going. But what the christ, I've been paying you guys for two months to be professional about this, and I'm still correcting the same goddamn shit.
It's understandable for people to make errors a couplefew times. But you guys are making the SAME errors over and over.
Fix it.
